Now Benjamin isn't taking any of my calls, he's not responding to any of my text and he blocked me from being able to see his Instagram page. Very disappointing and very unprofessional!! On moving day, four men arrived smiling and ready to go. They introduced themselves and off they went. They worked quickly and efficiently but were pleasant and friendly every step of the way. I needed to store my household over night and have my furniture and boxes delivered to the new house the next day after closing. When I arrived at the new house, they were there waiting for me. As they were unloading, they regularly checked in with me to ask where I wanted things and if I was undecided, they were patient and gave me a few minutes to decide. They also paid attention to how the boxes were labeled and got them into the right rooms. This made unpacking much easier for me since I didn't need to resort boxes after they left. Given how stressful moving can be, these folks made it as easy as they could.
