i go to this store 2-3 times a week to ship items. I have NEVER had ANY issue/problems with the staff there at all. in fact one day I did need to still finish taping up my package I was sending out and the employee thay helped me couldn't have been any nicer! They had no problem letting me use their taper as I had just ran out of tape with needing about an extra 20 inches to have my package as secure I I would expect someone to send to me. This employee actually asked if I needed any help with finishing taping up my packageI! I am there 2-3 times a week and I have NEVER waited any longer than 5-7 minutes for service. But I EXPECT that and everyone SHOULD! Sure there is a few people in line sometime. But with all the people selling things online now a days UPS and USPS must be as busy ALL THE TIME as say CVS or Walgreens when you see 1,000 prescriptions done and sitting there waiting to be picked up! So the extra register and scale that have been put in has helped a lot with speeding things up too for sure. I had to leave a positive review as all I saw was negative reviews when I was looking up their hours for tomorrow. These employees ARE 100% as busy with as many customers as Pharmacies are! So EVERYONE SHOULD be going there expecting to possibly have a 10-15 minute wait. Even though I have never had to even wait that long myself even 1 time. So I felt the need to leave a REAL and honest review of MY personal experiences at this UPS location. Their employees are ALL working hard and have customers NONSTOP ALL DAY. So when working SO long and hard to keep things moving and help customers as quick and the best they can is all I have ever seen there. There is definitely not ANY employees wasting time or being rude to anybody any time I have been there. I am sure they have their RUSH hours and sometimes there must be a long line and a 10-15 minute wait but I have never seen it. So I say this store and anyone I have delt with there have ALWAYS been kind and helpful and fast. So please people before being so quick to give a bad review try to p t yourself in their shoes and KNOW your going to be seeing 1,000+ customers EVERY shift! so because of this at some points of the day some things will get backed up and with a line of customers it only makes for more anxiety for the employees to help them all and as fast as possible. WITHOUT making any mistakes too! This UPS store is wonderful and is open till 6 for all the workers thay can't get there till after they get out of their 9-5 job! So just think how hard things can possibly get when there is an error or mistake made with 1 person out of the 1,000 people they see on a shift. I would say they are doing an EXCELLENT job for how many customers they have to work with and help daily. Hope to see more positive feedback on. this store next time as the negative feedback is certainly not fair at all to how well this store functions and how busy they are EVERY day. They should be getting a standing ovation for their work and not complaining and negativity in the reviews. Do NOT hesitate to use this UPS store and just know it MAY be busy and it could be a 10 minute wait but I don't believe there is even that long a wait here very often. Thank you to ALL the great team members running this store! You're all doing a wonderful job! Please don't let haters and people who EXPECT anything and everything in their life to be ready and done ASAP! It's too bad people are so busy and only thinking about themselves and Whats going on it their little bubble. Then they expect to ALWAYS have anything with them done yesterday even. I am here to say sorry you people are in SUCH a rush! That a LITTLE wait would make you feel the need to leave a bad review. if you have been unhappy about having to wait a little bit due to a RUSH of customers at some point. Then possibly you should plan on a 10 minute wait from now on. That way when you're in and out in 2 minutes you actually have an extra 8 minutes to get you all ahead in all of our super busy lives! There is seemingly always a line, the staff is very professional, clean and much better than dealing with the post office BUT they are slow and i dont think its them thats slow there process of checking people in, scanning, printing etc is so so slow that there is almost never not a line so plan on a 15-20 minute wait and feeling uncomfortable. read more

The individual working there with the thin mustache around 2:00 today couldn't have been more miserable. I get that it's probably a busy week for holiday returns, but wow were they rude. They made me feel like I was a burden for sending back a package/existing. I hadn't been in this store for a couple of years. The last time I was there, the associate was yelling at people in line. Today was just another bad experience. I'd expect this kind of behavior at the USPS or the DMV where you're forced to do business. Unfortunately , I have to say, the manager of the store has no respect for her customers. She is combative, and just wanted to prove...Not sure. Anyways after getting there Saturday , not knowing they closed an hour early, I was in time, as store was open and treated accordingly, trying to ease grumpy person attitude , gave her a $100 tip. Way more than necessary , especially when attitude just didn't budge. Frustrated I couldn't track package today I called, left message, no-one called me. called again and manager said you came 4 minutes to closing??? So are u saying you were open or closed ...I should be treated less than because, last time I checked it said on web you were open till 2. They refuse to call me back its been a week. a mistake was made and $926.00 taken from checking account. Left my last message at !;00 Friday. I've had a mailbox here for around 10 years. The previous owners (Dave & his wife) were awesome. I am still getting to know the new owners but they seems really nice. The staff remain knowledgeable, professional and very friendly, especially to my 7 year old daughter who often accompanies me to get my mail. read more

I spend upwards of $5,000 a year at the store shipping out samples. Needed a receipt for a $346 shipment is placed and lost the receipt. Called, and they said they found it and would email it to me. No receipt, called again, no receipt, called the 3rd time 75 minutes later and they said they were busy and they were "doing me a favor" and would get to it, since there was a line out the door. Am I not a customer in line even though I called and wasn't in the store. Bad behavior, poor customer service. Not sure what happened to this place but I will be taking my business elsewhere! read more

I love this store! The service is excellent. The place is clean, friendly and people are kind. I was in a fix as I needed a print of my art work to be copied and shipped that day. My usual printer store was closed. Even though there was a line of people to be waited on, Cheryl took care of my order and made me feel like I was the only customer. Thank you Cheryl. The staff at this store is very helpful and bends over backwards to help their customers. Even when there is a line out the door, they are friendly and will do whatever needs to be done. They are continuing to clean the store and all touched items to keep their customers safe. They will go the extra mile to keep their customers happy. I went to this location on Saturday April 1st, after checking that they were open via online hours and even calling because there was some snow and closures in the area. See as how the weather wasn't that bad and I needed a document sent ASAP. The posted hours online and on the phone message hadn't been changed, and upon arriving to a closed ups store there wasn't a not in the window or any sinage stating the location was closed. I left a voicemail asking to be called back. Here I am now on the 12th calling the store and speaking with the manager (location owner? I believe his name was Matt) to ask what happened and was treated with incredible attitude. I stated simply that I'd checked their hours online and called ahead and the store was supposedly open until 4pm, yet at 310 was closed. I was not happy obviously about coming out to that location to find nobody there and no way to have known they were closed. I know there was some snow but about 4" of snow in our area doesn't mean blanket closures for everyone and all of the surrounding businesses in the same plaza appeared open with people coming and going. The manager said they were, in fact, closed due to weather and no message had been received. I responded saying it would have been really helpful if they had posted a sign (maybe the day before if they knew they were possibly going to be or were sure they would be closed) or updated the voicemail message to reflect a closure. The manager became very agitated saying nobody could get to the store and it's the second time in (whatever number) of years they've even closed due to weather (for 4" of snow.... Really?). Even more reason to post something saying you're closed, wouldn't you think? This unfortunately went back and forth with this person shouting over me and then hanging up on me after saying he 'wouldn't take being attacked.' Really? A customer is irritated you were closed when you said you'd be open and is speaking to you in a even tone respectfully and you think you're being attacked? I called back after being hung up on and he continued to shout over me. I said very calmly, I'm not attacking him personally, I'm not shouting or cussing. I think it's pretty reasonable to be less than pleased when the posted hours (in 3 locations) are wrong. It is pretty reasonable to expect a call back when a message is left for this reason, which I can only imagine was ignored since they clearly have no interest in addressing a mismanagement issue. At the end of this conversation, with the manager shouting over me, I said I guess I'll have to call a higher up office to even hold a civil conversation or even have the issue acknowledged to which he said 'good luck'. All this could have been avoided with a hand written sign in the door saying 'may be closed on Saturday due to weather' or an updated outgoing message on the stores phone. My irritation could have been addressed with a call back or even a conversation when I called again saying 'We didn't think to put a sign up, our mistake.' or 'We're sorry, nobody could get there by the time we knew we would be closed, I'm sorry you had to have that experience, that's not how we want our customers to engage with us.' I didn't ask for free anything, never raised my voice or swore or made any threats. I called because I went out of my way to use that location because they were supposedly open and I wasted my time because of their poor planning. How had is it to post a sign or change a voicemail?? TL;DR store should have been open but wasn't. Manager is aggressively rude. Do your mailing anywhere else. read more
