Icesis Cruz was very understand and patient with our signature needs as we had to live-stream the signing to meet one of the cooperative's conditions. She arrived a good ten minutes prior to our scheduled meeting, was quick, and efficient in getting everything addressed. As a prior notary, loan funder and deed recorder I was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge around real estate documentation. As this transaction did not include many of the standard documentations (ie transfer deed), she inquired about them just to make sure we didn't inadvertently leave these important documents out. My parents are extreme workaholics which means their schedule is always unpredictable and filled with long hours which can often lead to issues with deadlines since they have little to no room for flexibility. They needed some documentation notarized and since their schedule was all over the place, it was really difficult to find a notary that could accommodate their hours. I messaged Mobile Notary Always last night on their behalf to see how much a notarization for 2 signatures, including travel would cost, and I was able to get a response back from Isis within less then 10 minutes. I requested for an appointment around 7:00AM the next morning but no later then 8:00AM, and even on a short notice Isis confirmed she would be able to come at 7:15AM and quoted a reasonable price compared to others. I kid you not as soon as the clock hit 7:00AM the door bell rang and there was Isis, professionally dressed, very courteous, and ready to get the job done all with a smile on her face. Isis was very polite and thoroughly answered all my parent's questions and more. She really went above and beyond our expectations, and really felt like she cared about what she was doing, and I totally respect that. Backstory: I just started a new job and one of my first task given to me by my employer was to find a mobile notary to come to the office and asked for them to be a responsible rate. I've never hired a notary before and had no idea of a normal rate for a mobile one. I began googling for notary's that would come to your office and found a few that listed their notary price but not their travel price. I would need to call or email and find that out. I reached out to them and no response, even after a few days. At this point, I was freaking out. I decided to search using my phone and for some reason, Mobile Notary always popped up!
