Unfortunately, the customer service consistently falls short. The employee that so many other reviewers mention is, without question, the biggest issue. His behavior is difficult to tolerate. I've personally witnessed him use his position to be petty and unnecessarily confrontational with customers. He insists people do things "his way" because "it's his store" and has even threatened to refuse service over minor issues. Meanwhile, he'll casually chat with customers while a long line forms and people are visibly frustrated by the wait. The arrogance and inflated sense of authority make what should be a quick errand unnecessarily unpleasant. I've seen this happen multiple times. Just yesterday, I watched him manipulate a customer in front of everyone in line. It was uncomfortable to witness and completely unprofessional. It's disappointing because the location is convenient, but experiences like these make people think twice about coming back.

I had been putting it off for a few days, so there was an extra sense of urgency. I gave Brent a call around 10 a.m., he was at my house an hour later doing the notary. And then he came back at 6 p.m. to drop off the apostilled documents. Obviously, I could have taken time out of my day to drive to a place to have it notarized and then drive all the way to downtown LA and all the way back.
