I went to get a document notarized with my mom. Excellent service. Called them first about notary services- they take walk ins anytime- no appointment needed . I was told Notary services are available from the time they open until 30 minutes before closing. We were greeted when we came in. They offered to get a chair for my elderly mom. Process was way faster than my bank notary (who was not available). They even helped us make copies of the documents and mailed the originals for us with an expedited method. There was a modest fee. That saved us time not having to go to the post office waiting in long lines. Definitely will go there again if I need something notarized. read more

11-20-20 first time here, usually I go to Waikele but this is way closer to home. It's quite limited in size but if you need something quick done, come here. Since hubs is out of commission and unable to use the computer, I typed his holiday letter for 2020. Checking on Yelp, found this location which was near another errand place on the list for this afternoon. There were two masked employeees behind the counter. The man was talking to someone so I was helped by Shelley. It seems to print in color is perhaps less in cost than OM. I asked about printing on colored paper and was told if I printed on green for Christmas as an example the family photo would have the green coming through... yes we don't need to look like we're from another planet. They were kind enough to take the time to open the Photoshop file that I had on a thumb drive and make the necessary adjustments to get my prints just right. I'm rarely in the market to ship things other than boxes to my sister in AZ which usually goes via flat rate so when Amazon said print this, pack it and ship it via UPS I was at a loss. I never know what kind of box is acceptable. Long story short I decided to pack my old Fire Tablet in the box that my upgraded Fire Tablet was sent in, printed my shipping labels and head on down to ASAP so they can tell me what is acceptable and not and what I needed to do. Prepared to buy tape (because I had forgot mines at home and I had left my box open in case they needed to see inside) I headed in with my dog in tow because I couldn't leave her in the car. Quickly the woman behind the counter informed me I had everything, she was going to tape it and put the label on the box. Nothing more for me to do. I asked if the used Amazon box was okay and she assured me that it was - nothing else for me to do. Awesome sauce. I was in and out in 3 minutes. Would have been two but I had to ask that question and a few more, plus I took a moment to look at what other services the store provided (though I could have just read other peoples' reviews, lol). Second experience with these guys and I'm just so impressed. I had to do a last minute mortgage signing that needed to be notarized. They got me in same day and also handled the fedex shipping. Good experience but it was a one time thing and I didn't feel postworthy about it. Today my wife had to return something and kept asking me where the nearest FedEx was. I told her go to Aloha Ship and Pack cause they were so nice last time. I was in need of a notary, wanted somewhere in Mililani. Did a yelp search and found Aloha Ship and Pack, I never heard of them, nor was I familiar with their services. I first called, and got a welcoming voice, the gentlemen that answered the phone confirmed they do provide notary services, no appointment necessary. They are located in the Mililani Shopping Center next door to First Hawaiian Bank, lots of parking, easy to find, spotted the hanging sign from the opposite end of the shopping center. What I love about it, is they are opened until M-F until 7:00 p.m., super convenient! They provide a list of other services to include, mailbox rental, mailing services for UPS, USPS, and FedEx, printing services, shredding, custom rubber stamps, just to name a few... This place is quite small, but clean and organized. I walked in at about 6:00 p.m., and one worker (the Notary) was busy helping another customer with what seemed like a very large custom print job. She was patient and provided lots of options to this customer. I sometimes order print jobs, so I paid attention, for future reference . There was another worker, he worked at a quick and friendly pace to help other walk-in customers, I was surprised with how popular this place is with mostly inquiries on new services. The Notary made it so easy, and got right to it, she worked fast and thorough, witnessed my signature as she told me where to sign, doubled checked her work and I was ready to go in a jiffy. Cost for a notary, is $10.00 per signature, I believe there are other places that charge less, but convenience wise, this was worth it for me.
