On Friday, July 3rd, my wife and I were on the highway towing our Black Series HQ21. Suddenly, the travel trailer started to violently sway back and forth so much that it crossed into other lanes. My heart was racing as I finally gained control, pulled off at the next exit, and drove straight to Vogt RV Super Center. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was visibly shaking from the ordeal when I explained the situation to Sara K and Lindsey, with two technicians, Greg and Juan, listening in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told them our trailer had never done anything like this before. Because of their incredible dedication and quick action, my wife and I were able to safely complete our journey to our property in Oklahoma. We just purchased a used unit from VOGT. The experience compared to the 10 other dealers we have been to over the last 2 years trying to purchase an RV was night and day difference. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Our salesman was Brayden, who did an excellent job of answering our questions or getting the answer if he didn't know.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They took our offer for price immediately, which was shocking! No other dealer ever came close to the price we thought was fair for the unit. Any small thing we asked to be repaired was no problem. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everyone who worked there was very nice![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Finance department was great to work with, got us a great interest rate and fully knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of the process.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The only downside to the experience were, some of the items listed to be fixed on pick up day were not fixed, almost all the small things, but they did fix them before we left and made a list of a few to fix when parts come in. The process took a little longer than expected, like buying a car, there all day for day 1 and then a 1/2 day to complete the purchase. DO NOT eat the tacos suggested at the corner gas stations LOL unless you want the shits in about 2 hours or less! Purchased a 2025 Tiffin Allegro Bay in November of 2024. Although they pump up their extra "Vogt family" add on's. Don't expect to be treated as family. These are useless. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is no 24/7 support. They do not respond consistently if at all.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our brand new coach was out of our use/possession for over 70% of the time (yes we calculated it!) for recalls, repairs, and problems. Trip interruption policy is a joke. No benefits because our chassis was drivable and even though we had complete failure of hydraulics (slides and jacks) was not covered because we live within 100 miles of Vogt. Does not matter where it breaks if you can drive it. We incurred additional expenses out if pocket with no support. They "offered" 90k less to buy it back 6 months after we bought it. I sold it to another buyer for significantly more than their offensive attempt at rectifying a very unpleasant experience already. Buyer beware. Do not buy from this dealership. read more

I had an independent inspection done , at my cost and my 5th wheel is still in make ready , for over 30 plus days now. My first payment was due on the 8th of this month and still don't have my camper. I knew in my heart I should have Never signed the loan papers until this camper was ready to travel. read more

The service department is, simply put, terrible. They replaced a fender on my fifth wheel and not only did they nor paint the fender, it was not attached to the slide support. I also requested the awning be replaced, showed them pictures where it was torn with the awning fully extended, and they also unnecessarily replaced the hardware. Worst of all, they accused me of breaking the side door handle, that retracts, when it work fine just before bringing it in when I had to change the tire that had blown. Essentially calling me a liar. In summary, despite the fact I had bought this unit new from them, this was the worst experience with a repair shop I have ever experienced. read more

Purchased new Tiffin Wayfarer thru Vogt RV (ordered in 2021, delivered in April 2022.) Salesman was OK (was gone before delivery of the unit); sales price was fair. Our finding is that vehicle service and customer care are the major deficits at Vogt. Taking an issue to upper management had no affect. A Partial List of Issues With Our RV: 1. Generator not running or not supporting the AC (on our 4 generator.) 2. The AC unit not cooling (3 units replaced.) 3. Dinette Table improperly installed by factory (unable to fix--per Vogt Service Manager.) 4. House door improperly installed allowing water and air leaks (door gasket installed upside down AND door frame not properly installed--not square to wall.) 5. Some house lights not working 6. Toilet not properly installed/wired (blowing fuses) 7. Grossly misaligned exterior compartment doors/lower body panels. 8. Under compartments NOT weather resistant (1/16" to 1/4" gaps at top of compartments, including e-bay) 9. TV cabling improperly installed 10. Sat. antennae not properly installed 11. Lithium battery upgrade not properly installed/programed It's obvious Tiffin Motorhomes does not have an effective QC program and expects the dealer to address all issues. Vogt RV should not be the primary Tiffin quality control point--it should be the factory. Many of these issues could have been avoided with a quality factory QC program. Unfortunately, Vogt is saddled with addressing Tiffin factory shortcomings/issues. Since Vogt is the primary QC point they should have competent technicians, but its obvious they lack this expertise. Vogt couldn't figure out how to readjust the dinette seats to properly support the table top (when used as a bed) to the point the table top would fall to the floor causing substantial damage (Vogt service manager advised they couldn't adjust it any more--meaning I'd have to live with it as is...) From the day we took it home the generator would either choke down when the AC kicked on or would blow only hot air after a few minutes of operation (for some reason everything worked fine during our all day PDI.) Vogt Service inspected the generator multiple times over a several month period and the Service Manager (a trained Cummins/Onan technician-by his admission) stated the problem were were having is because the generator was 'not designed' to be operated while driving down the road (to cool the coach Tiffin designed it so the generator is required to operate the house AC). Needless to say, the Cummins/Onan engineer who became involved had a good laugh regarding the Service Manager's comment and said he was not correct, further stating their generator IS designed to be operated while driving down the road. Vogt kept our (new) RV from 30 to 90 days at a time to 'address' one or more issues. We have had this RV 14 months without either a working AC, a working generator, a second bed and/or a working backup camera. This is unacceptable. In order to give Vogt every opportunity to 'step up' and address the many issues with our coach I finally asked Tiffin to take it elsewhere for a proper repair. Consequently, our finding regarding Vogt RV unfortunately, is its Service Department is unacceptable. When having to return the coach multiple times to the Vogt Service Department for the exact same issue, or refusing delivery when you inspect their work to find they have NOT address the issue, it becomes clear that Vogt also does not have a viable 'QC Program.' This conclusion is not based upon one or two issues, this involved almost every warranty issue it was returned for over a several month period of time (two issues were not addressed at all, even after about a year--which was addressed by another company--so they were 'fixable.') Minimal to no communication from Vogt appears to be the norm (and not just in the service dept.) Compounding the issue was the requirement to call Vogt RV Service for any service 'status' update. To be fair if you take your RV in for a simple easy fix, no problem Vogt can probably do it. If it is a not-so-simple fix or involves an issue which requires a more in-depth investigation, chances are they can't or won't spend the time to find and/or to fix it. So, good luck. Tiffin recommended I take it to another RV repair facility and referred me to Professional RV and NIRV, who have been able to address the issues Vogt RV did not address.... I do NOT recommend Vogt RV for any repair or service. Buyer beware!! This is our 2nd and last purchase. After the first purchase I said 'never again,' but thought after 10 years I'd give them another try. That was a mistake. Never again. read more

And whenever we have dropped off our RV they always ask when our next trip is so they can have it ready. Honestly, I can't believe I'm having to write this review. I've spoken to dozens of dealers but none so wholly incompetent as Vogt RV Center. They are seemingly living in a pre-internet Stone Age. I had to send multiple emails to get a reply and their listings online are not kept up to date. Even a week after it was sold and delivered, they have an RV listed online as available. A waste of people's time. I primarily dealt with Scott Hunter and Anthony Miller so it's possible there are other more competent workers at this location but nonetheless, proceed with caution. It would be really unfortunate to buy an RV from here and not learn about these issues until afterwards, when you're trying to get service. They have two businesses and I spoke to them at both so I'm copying this review to both. read more

Bought our first RV from these guys here at Vogt. I can not believe how they treated me and my family. They treated us like their own family even going out of their way to ensure that my little kids were taken care of. From the first call to see what was on the lot, to the service interaction at the service center, I have never had any issue and felt like I was a person and not a number. On our fist trip I was approached by someone that saw the license plate frame that said Vogt. He said that this was the best place to get an RV as they stand behind everything they do. He even said that he brings all of his RV service work there, even when he didn't buy the RV there. By the way, we were in a different state when this happened. We have had friends tell us how nice the people at Vogt RV are but we had never purchased from them. This time we did and our friends are right. Everyone was super nice and super helpful, and fair in price in trade-in. Many RV dealers are a family business, but Vogt really seems to be family. Our experience from purchase to walk-through was very pleasant. Additionally, we took the RV out the next weekend and had a small punch list, so we returned it for service. They asked when our next trip was, which was only 2 weeks away. They had it ready for us in 1-1/2 weeks. Unreal! And when we picked it up, everyone knew we needed it for our trip in a few days . This means the manager made sure everyone knew. Our last RV dealer took 8 weeks when we took it back for the warranty work. The biggest positive was we did have a small hiccup. I won't go into details, but they made it right and didn't have to. This is a sign of a honorable and professional RV dealership. read more

Our salesman Mike Drudge was extremely helpful and informative before and after the sale, and every piece of advice he has given us has helped make our experience positive. When repairs were needed out and about (my fault) and the trailer was not movable, they hooked us up with mobile repair service and made it possible for us to still enjoy our trip. As the summer neared, I was looking to downgrade the size of my current Jayco travel trailer. I'd had it since October 2020, took very good care of it, and it's made 3 trips to Wyoming with zero problems. The trade in process started as a very frustrating experience. Most dealerships didn't even respond, and those that did...well, I felt as if I was giving away a trailer for free with their trade in value offer. Then I got smart, started looking at online ratings, and emailed Vogt RV due to the numerous positive reviews. They offered me a trade in value that I felt was beyond fair, and the wheels started rolling to get me financed for an awesome 2023 184bs. There was only one other dealership that had a similar offer, but the difference ultimately came down to the consistent communication in me choosing Vogt. I have to give a huge shoutout to Curtis Mickey in Sales, and Nate Gammill in Finance. Those two guys did an outstanding job of answering in a timely manner, whether through email, text, or phone calls. By the time I actually got to the dealership in person, it was like I was shaking hands with two old buddies. I feel very fortunate to have gotten to work with both of them, and I'm very excited to take the 184bs to Wyoming here in two weeks. I also would like to thank the General Sales Manager Robert Cast. He met me as I was finishing up paperwork with Nate, and invited me out to the lobby for a game of cornhole to maybe win a prize. My aim failed me when it mattered, but Robert was an awesome human to meet prior to my departure. All that to say, as I left the dealership and headed back home (about a 2 hour trip), I felt like I was leaving family. had them install trailer brake controller in my 2022 ram and the tech shorted out some wires. I had the truck towed to a dodge dealer and the cause was from them pulling on the harness and they refuse to pay for the damages . read more

Bought my first RV from them in July of 2020. My son came with me to pick it up and they were so thorough in walking me through everything, knowing I'm a first-timer. My son was concerned about me traveling alone but after he saw the travel trailer the quality hitch and saw how considerate and careful they were with me, he felt much better. I will buy from them again. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of a wheel issue I later had. It was a manufacturers defect so not their fault but I felt like they should've caught it in inspection. Nevertheless, I called them from New Mexico and Rob (the service manager) coordinated with the garage I was at, to take care of it. He's the best! Greg Robertson is the best person ever!!! Was at the center yesterday and (I guess in my excitement showing the unit we want to friends) lost my ENGAGEMENT RING!!!! I didn't realize it until I got home and after frantically searching everywhere, realized I must have lost it at Vogt. Called Greg at about 7 pm (2 hours after the center had closed) and Greg and his wife met us at the center and HELPED my fiancé and I search for my ring. My fiancé FOUND it!!!! The best experience from start to finish with VOGT! Our salesman, Greg, was so friendly and patient with us in our quest for the perfect camper. He was also very knowledgeable about the different lines they sell. Their finance person, Kelly, was so personable and efficient making the purchasing of our RV very smooth. Finally, when we were ready to take it home, Chad from the service dept, walked us through every detail on how to use our new camper. we bought a 2015 tiffen allegro open road 34tga. buying process was excellent. first trip the house batteries did not keep a charge. got home and checked both batteries and both were empty of distilled water and only putting out 2.1 amps. normal is 12 to 14. i have only had the motorhome for 3 weeks. they say during the pdi that the batteries were checked and found to be in working order. that could notbe true,batteries (both do not loose all the water in 3 weeks. there is no reason for me to lie about this. im upset that their response was, it's on me. the service dept and my sales person,chris s were sympathetic but couldnt help. im out over $400.00 for two new batteries. read more

Bought an brand new 23' Airstream from them and had a fairly smooth purchase but with 2 to 3 weeks left on the original Warranty, I called to get a Service appointment and the problems began. First they tell me that no appointments are available for about a month....but not to worry, because by scheduling the service and telling them the issues, we will be covered - NOT. Brought RV in for the appointment and was sent a bill estimate for all the issues and that the RV was out of Warranty. Explained everything to the office management and no help whatsoever. If they would have asked me to bring in the RV prior to Warranty expiration, I would have but they said I was fine and then the message changed after bringing in the RV. **Update** The owner of Vogt called us, he said he would call Airstream himself and see if they would cover the problems because of the miscommunications and the fact that these problems were annotated prior to the 2 year Warranty expiration. So looks like we we will be taken care of after all. read more

We also have issues with an overly long turnaround time on parts and repairs. They damaged a compartment cover when they last had the RV, welded patches on it, and did the warranty work. No one said anything about the door when we came to pick it up, but I noticed it. The gentleman who dealt with us didn't know anything about it either, so he investigated. "Lost paperwork ," meaning the sticky note had fallen off, probably. The part was ordered, we were told. So, we took the RV home. On the agreed upon date, I called, had to leave a message. No callback. Called again. What part? They lost the paperwork AGAIN! One hissy fit later, in which two people were told how extraordinarily unhappy I was, I was promised cross his heart and hope to die that the part was on it's way. On the day, called, left a message. No return call. Called next day. Part's in, no appointment needed. Won't even have to unhook it. So here we are in the waiting room, after someone tried to tell us to unhook it (we refused). The people are very nice here, hence the two stars. But the whole parts thing is an absolute fiasco and they are terrible about returning calls. read more

I've debated posting bc I'm not a fan of reviews and defaming a company. However, my experience is so bad that I think it's warranted. I've had my van a few years and unfortunately these $125k Toys have so many working parts taking them in for repairs is almost like getting your hair cut. Just part of it. The lead times at Vogt have always been ridiculous. Never could understand how that's acceptable to their clientele, but regardless they are the only service center around. This year I took my van in for a few repairs. Took 4 weeks to get the appointment. That was Sept 21st. One of the repairs was a new awning. Hector Castro was the one I dealt with. He told me the part would take 6 weeks to get in. At the time I just needed after Christmas for a two family Ski trip. Should of been safe. Fast forward to November. I called parts still not in. Again called in December this time a little upset bc now I'm against the wall and the parts still haven't came in and it still needed to to Cummins to fix generator. I'm a pretty patient guy and avoid confrontation. I complained to Hector and he gave a spill on how he doesn't have enough help and so on. Actually said if things didn't get better he was going to leave the company. Given my past experiences it made sense. I actually felt bad. I asked him when were parts ordered. He said November 29th. I said "you didn't order parts for 2 months and it takes 6 weeks". The irony is he actually lied. He still had not ordered them. They were ordered that day mid December. He told me parts would be in Jan 5th. I texted him Jan 20th and told him I was coming to get it. Plus I had asked him to check the propane valve for the generator bc it had to go to a different shop. He told me he would on that Wednesday. That was the second time. I sent him Text messages, emails, etc. Communication was non existent. I talked to him about that too and he said he didn't call bc he didn't have answers. I told him you still have to call. I asked if he even tried to call manufacturer to check status and he said he hadn't but would. Nope He didn't. So I went to pick it up today but called in advance. They shuffled staff, how convenient, upper management wouldn't return my emails. Anyways new guy, extremely nice, informed me the unit had been in but was ordered wrong. Hector lied again, he said it hadn't come in when in fact it was. But no motor and it still wasn't ordered. Holy Hell. This is like a bad dream. A company of this size can't be this incompetent. What's worse is I was stuck with a $2,700 invoice for an incomplete product. There's also scratches on the van from them installing. Although Hector should of been fired, management didn't go to any lengths to write a wrong. read more

From the purchase to maintenance, this place always comes through. Service writers and mechanics are amongst the best!

Bought trailer one day, 24 hours later called about problems and are passed to a service person who "was not familiar with that model", and was rude. Called the salesperson, who would'nt answer our call. Asked for the General Manager and again, described issue at great length, asking for instructions to "trouble shoot" the problem (we are not new RV owners, but have never had issues with things not working on a brand new trailer within 24 hours after driving it off the lot). Were told we would receive a call back in a few minutes and it is now ANOTHER 24 HOURS LATER and have never received a phone call back!! Now something else is not working, but it's obvious calling the dealership that sold it to us & talked up their warranty & service, is not "familiar with that model", so not capable of servicing it, but worst of all, is incapable of returning a phone call. Sigh. We will obviously have to complain to Jayco & have the manufacturer refer us to someone that will service their product, not just sell it. This is called NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! read more

I bought my first Jayco travel trailer from them and figured I would buy another from them. I walked in and asked for a salesman. The nice receptionist told me there was only one and he was busy with a customer. She was the only helpful person there. I walked out and helped myself to looking around. Still no one came out. I went back in and the the nice receptionist had to prompt a salesman to help me. He then insulted me with a price for my trade in. I will never go back. Too bad, they had the camper that I wanted. One other thing, as my wife and I went back out to look at the camper that caught our eye, my daughter stayed inside with our grandson. Low and behold, four salesmen stood around inside and still not one of them came out to greet us. read more

Dave, the service rep walked around my trailer as I explained what I was looking to do, and seemed to be genuinely enjoying the process of coming up with solutions. Bought a new a/c unit for my diesel pusher from another dealer and 10 months later it quit. Warranty Dept said take it to one of their dealers and have them take care of it. I took it to Vogt Ft. Worth, Tx, what a mistake they had it for 3 weeks and never heard a word. So stopped by to check and was told they were waiting on factory. As time passed still no word, so called and was told they had the unit and this was Friday. They said they would do it Monday and have it no later than Wednesday. Still no word from them, on Friday got a text that it was ready to be picked up and owed them $318.00. By then we were in Utah on vacation (would of been nice to have the motorhome, instead we had to pay for motels and meals. Never ask or said that there was going to be a charge, I feel they should of called or text and ask if that was ok. ( they do not communicate at all) They had it for like 5 weeks sitting in the hot Texas sun and I told them it was kept inside and did not want it to sit in the heat. I felt they could of offered me to take it home and put it in the shop, then when they were ready to work on it I could take it in. (20 min drive) It takes maybe one hour to install one of these or for a shop who does it all the time maybe less so $300.00 seems a little on the steep side. 4 bolts and 2 wires it about all there is to install. My son and I did it in 2 hours and was the first one we had ever done. I would not recommend taking any service work to them and I won't be back. They install a new awning for me on this same coach maybe 6 years ago and all went well. Maybe different people work there now. Service is a must in keeping a business in business. After the sale, you're on your own. Maybe my expectations are for a proactive company to help out between the sale and taking the trailer off the lot. From trying to upgrade tires to hauling the trailer to its final destination I felt like I was trying to wring blood from a turnip. The most laughable aspect is the REPEATED story that they gave a $700 walkthrough for free. Really? Thre other dealers told me they gave a walkthrough as part of the process. And while the guy was great who gave the walkthrough it was NOT worth $700. And the $50 certificate for free goods - come on folks - pricing stuff at $150 that you can buy on Amazon for 1/3 the price? Now after I did all the work to get tires changed by a 3rd party and haul the trailer to its destination by a 3rd party, we had an electrical problem the same day we took the brand new trailer off the lot. The only person I knew to turn to was the sales rep. That was not a very proactive chat sounding as if he cared. I'd say after the sale - you are probably not going to find much interest in your problem. It's another go-it-alone process. Consider this dealer as sales only - go to the manufacturer for after-sales help even if it takes weeks to get help. We plan to eat the costs of repair in the future. I made the dealer a fair cash offer for a new rv based on the manufacturers MSRP, with all option included. I received a crass, unpleasant 2 line note in return, saying we were "way way far apart, but thanks anyway." Stunned, I looked at the unit on their website. The EXACT same unit I priced on the manufacturers website was listed for 20k OVER full MSRP at Vogt. Needless to say, this seems like a dealer with whom I do not want to do business. Nice and offered fair price on purchase, but when we had a situation and needed to sell only 3 months later, they completely took advantage of us. We asked them to come up to a fair price, but they wouldn't. Because selling an RV on your own can be difficult and we needed to sell quickly, we took the offer, but it left a bad taste. When we discovered they had listed the unit for over $18,000 more than what they gave us I wanted to let people know how they do business. The unit was immaculate, detailed and waxed, only used 2 times and had several upgrades totaling over $4000. They said they would give us nothing for the upgrades either. Basically, it felt like they knew we needed to sell and so they chose to give us an unfair offer. They also lost what could have been a lifetime relationship. We have purchased many Rv's in our lifetimes but will not buy from Vogt again. I would recommend driving the distance to do business with someone who cares about being fair and honest with their customers. read more
