We were told we were absolutely required to sign up for Bish Fix and provide them with our credit card or we couldn't have our trainer's warranty work done. Bish Fix requires you to be on the phone with a technician, whose schedule you at the mercy of, to diagnose your own problems and needed repairs instead of taking your unit to their location for problem solving and repair. This includes getting down on the ground or opening panels to access electrical and other areas. Whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service. We will never buy another trainer from Bish and we will not take our trailer there for future maintenance or repair needs.

    My wife's family has always cherished camping, making it a treasured tradition for nearly every…read moreholiday. After marrying, we eagerly joined them but always stayed in her parents' trailer. Anyone who's camped in a small space knows how quickly it can become challenging--especially sharing with family. So, when my wife excitedly said, "We should buy our own trailer!" it seemed perfect for creating our family memories. We visited dealership after dealership, touring countless trailers until they blended together. One day, my wife burst through the door exclaiming, "I found the perfect trailer!" Her excitement was contagious, and we immediately planned to see it. At Bish's RV, the salesperson warmly showed us the trailer. I specifically asked about an inverter, and she assured me it was "wired for one but doesn't include it." Comfortable with that, we discussed financing. She confidently promised they could beat any other bank by 50%, an offer that seemed fantastic. We slept on it and, convinced we'd found our dream trailer, returned the next day to complete the paperwork. After clearly agreeing on our maximum affordable payment, we were shocked to see the actual payment higher than agreed. Despite this, we moved forward, eager for joyful camping memories. Our excitement quickly turned to frustration. During our first trip, we found water leaking beneath the trailer when flushing the black tank. Disappointed, we returned it to Bish's RV, who also replaced a missing dust cap. With hopes restored, we believed our troubles were over. However, while winterizing, we discovered the water heater bypass valve wasn't functioning, forcing another visit. The following season brought more disappointment--the water heater wouldn't start. After a week-long stay at the dealership, we learned it was due to loose wiring. Our breaking point came on our most recent outing. My daughter sat down, and the bench collapsed beneath her. Her shock deeply saddened me. Inspecting further, I found the supports poorly stapled, careless and avoidable. Later, my wife quietly asked, "Does the fridge look strange?" Our hearts sank as we saw it falling into the cabinet, shattering our dreams of joyful, relaxing trips. Feeling disheartened, we contacted BishFix. Despite the warranty, they required a $190 upfront fee. We reluctantly paid, enduring a month of delays and frustrations as the technician awaited BishFix authorization. Another traumatic moment was the door lock failing, locking us out. Since we live in our trailer full-time due to my wife's role as a camp host, this was more than inconvenient--it was terrifying. After dinner with family, we found the key spinning uselessly in the lock. Panic overwhelmed my youngest daughter, who had a heartbreaking panic attack. Roadside assistance repeatedly asked for my details, promising callbacks but never helping. Desperate and exhausted, I pushed out a window screen and lifted my nephew inside to unlock the door. Finally, I drove an hour and a half to Bish's RV to speak directly with someone. After repeatedly explaining our situation, feeling unheard and overlooked, they arranged for a technician the next day. Upon arrival, the technician confirmed my suspicion that the blinds were installed backward. The always polite and professional service desk employee promised the Regional Manager would contact me. When he did, rather than providing solutions, he shared unrelated frustrations about delays on his expensive home project. Feeling even more unheard and dismissed, he eventually promised to evaluate our trailer's current value, leaving us waiting again. We've documented numerous build-quality issues, heartbreakingly evident from our very first trips. Photos show these issues clearly, but the emotional toll--the disappointment, broken promises, and seeing my family's excitement dashed repeatedly--is immeasurable. Even the door, randomly locking or refusing to open, symbolizes our experience. We share this hoping other families can avoid the heartache we've endured.     Took my 2019 Interstate trailer in for warranty work. They had it for 72 days and messed it up more…read morethan they fixed it. Very poor workmanship and employees who are careless. Then they don't take responsibility and expect me to accept it the way it is. NO WAY! We will be going to court on the matter, report being made to the BBB and possibly media coverage. There are 2 men sitting down on the edge of trailers on there phone approx 150 feet South of the entrance with a office that appears to be a small tan mobil office trailer. 1st appearances are everything for a business . Not good so far. One of the gentleman finally looks up and runs over to where we are in our car. He says " are you our 10:15 appointment"? I say " No I'm not" . 1st words out of his mouth quote " We only show by appointment only so we can't help you look around and you cannot buy A trailer today" it's by appointment only". My wife and I look at each other puzzled. I then say " okay I will go buy somewhere else". The gentleman looks shocked as we back away and leave. My wife and I went straight to "Utah Trailer Pros" of Draper Utah and had a great experience buying a black 2023 Criterion trailer. I highly, recommend "Utah Trailer Pros" . Nice facility, building, parking lot and Staff I previously owned a brand new Trailers Plus 8x10 2020 model I bought in Tulsa Ok from Trailers plus in Tulsa Ok to move to Utah..The trailers plus trailers experience now has unfortunately became build them cheap, the business model of trailers plus has became cheap, the facilities of Trailers Plus has became cheap and after texting on their website to ask to talk to a Supervisor who finally called 2 hours later was no help on the phone after listening to his message left in my voice mail. guess a District Manager should give me a call? The Criterion trailers are a little more money but much better built , fit and finish. I also don't need the huge decals advertising of trailers plus.com on another trailer. Take a hint. Trailers plus also plays with pricing between Ogden and American Fork. Yes it says appointment only on the trailers plus website but before it's never been a problem of looking before buying. I believe Trailers Plus employees need far more customer etiquette training in American Fork. Just my opinion. It just cost them a possible 6,000 dollars in a trailer sale and more bad reviews on Yelp, Facebook and Twitter.

    I rarely leave reviews, but this one needs to be said -- this was one of the most unprofessional,…read moremisleading, and frustrating experiences I've ever had with any service provider. I booked a boat repair appointment and clearly explained the issue over the phone. I was told confidently, "Yes, we handle this type of repair all the time." They explained the pricing as follows: $75 deposit to confirm the visit, and a $175 flat fee for the first diagnostic hour -- which would only be charged if no repair was done. If a repair proceeded, that $175 would be fully applied to the repair cost. I paid the deposit and scheduled the visit in good faith. At the appointment, the mechanic -- Tyler, who also identified himself as the co-owner and said his father Jeff was his partner -- showed up clearly inexperienced. Per his own words, he had been fired on the spot from his previous mechanic job. He had no idea how to diagnose the issue. Instead, he fumbled around, calling friends and his dad, and flipping through the manual. This, after I was assured over the phone that they were qualified for this exact issue. When I asked what was going on, Tyler admitted: "I can't figure it out. I'll refund you the $75 because I can't fix it." But he didn't just fail -- he left my boat in worse condition than when he arrived, with tampered and potentially damaged electrical systems. I'm now considering legal action for financial loss and emotional stress. Then came the final insult: they sent me a $750 invoice -- despite Tyler's clear promise not to charge me and to refund the deposit. I followed up and spoke with him again. He told me he'd "have accounting reach out to fix it," but no one ever followed up. After more ignored calls, I finally reached someone by phone -- whom I believe was Jeff, based on what Tyler told me (that Jeff is his father and co-owner). That person told me they would take me to court if I didn't pay. This company misrepresented their capabilities, broke their word, possibly damaged my boat, and tried to bill me for hundreds of dollars after delivering no legitimate service. Stay far away from this business. What I experienced wasn't just incompetence -- it was deceptive, disorganized, and potentially predatory.

El the warranty specialist has no control and cant seem to get the story straight Long end of the story is I bought a trailer last July and it has been sitting unusable unused at their dealership for 8 months fully paid for and has had nothing but problem after problem after problem from day number 1 we dropped it off to get it fixed and rather than doing that they try to hold it hostage so the warranty can expire lol what a class act the games this company plays is unparalleled and completely wild!!!

He was hoping he could diagnose and quickly fix my boat so I wouldn't have to wait the three weeks for an open spot. Within 20 mins he had determined my problem was a bad relay. He didn't have one in stock so he sent me to a local automotive parts store to get one, which I did and installed it myself. Everything is now back to normal. Aaron didn't win my business that day as he already had, but he further solidified my opinion that Premier Marine is one of the best, highest quality, and honest boat repair places I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend them. One thing that was different from the last time I had an issue and needed Premier Marines services, is email communication. When I called I got a VM message that directed me to send an email rather than leaving a VM. I did and it was promptly answered. We had an exchange of five or six emails over the course of a couple hours. Easy and convenient to communicate with and a nice way to have a record of all that was discussed.
