Although the address is N. Roan, the building is actually behind the other two buildings. It is a…read moredetached shed with a sign on the front, so you can find it, you just have to drive to the rear of the actual address. There are a few parking spaces next to the building and the lot is paved. I walked into the door to the waiting area and waited while the owner finished a phone call. I told him I wanted an estimate on tinting the door windows darker. He said he was rather busy so it would be a couple weeks until he could get to me. I was fine with that so we checked my vehicle. He said I already had the darkest tint allowed on my windows but suggested tinting the windshield would help reduce sunlight into the cabin quite a bit. I was given a decent price and he said the phone call was a cancellation for the next morning so me could squeeze me in if I could get there. I returned the next morning, and he went to work right away. The windshield tinting took only about 30 minutes and looks great. I appreciate the honesty of not selling me something I didn't need, and for making a suggestion that really helped reduce interior heat. I will definitely return for my next tinting needs.

When I brought the car back, I left it with him and he told me he would call to let me know what I was looking at. As promised, he called and told me my car was ready as promised. When I arrived I asked Brian how much it was, and I was floored when he gave me a VERY reasonable bill. I can't find any reason to take my cars anywhere else from this point forward. Brian is as honest as he can be, and knows Toyotas inside and out. Great service Brian!

Suspecting they were taking advantage of her, we consulted Tommy, our trusted mechanic in Knoxville, who confirmed our doubts. Although we managed to retrieve the car, my daughter still paid a lot for almost nothing. This time - when her car stopped running again - we found Brian. He quickly fixed the car and charged us a fair (and low) cost (based on Tommy's estimation). He was also accommodating, accepting the car after hours, and is someone we trust to not take advantage of those who don't know much about cars. Overall, Brian is a great mechanic who we highly recommend.
