Browns Mill Auto told me I needed to bring almost 200.00 more... They never contacted me or anything, I never signed any paperwork. I got took for a total of 1,176.00 ( total from both Car shield and browns mill) All I can say is you better watch some of these garages they will take you too!! The place where we had to leave the vehicle had surveillance cameras and they gladly showed us that they were not involved in the thief of the converter. Someone spotted C&K truck along side of the hwy with my vehicle and the driver was seen back there with cutting tools. Being broke down is one thing but having to buy a converter is another. There's other towing services out there besides them. If you don't care if your converter gets cut off by this company then hire them. They lost this family as a customer.

Suspecting they were taking advantage of her, we consulted Tommy, our trusted mechanic in Knoxville, who confirmed our doubts. Although we managed to retrieve the car, my daughter still paid a lot for almost nothing. This time - when her car stopped running again - we found Brian. He quickly fixed the car and charged us a fair (and low) cost (based on Tommy's estimation). He was also accommodating, accepting the car after hours, and is someone we trust to not take advantage of those who don't know much about cars.
