I ended up calling Rusty's as a referral from my Body shop manager. I do not regret the call. Not only did they save me a few hundred dollars for install, it was done in a few hours. Everyone there were courteous and talkative with customers, telling us/them every detail of work and cost, which is great. No surprises. Then just had a front end problem which was an emergency. I pulled in and Wayne who did my front end was in the front and remembered installing the front end. I went to personally thank him for a quick and great job. So I guess left an impression of gratitude. I digress. lol. So Wayne said lets take a ride and with in minutes knew I needed a new wheel bearing. Good thing, because it was dangerous to drive. So I say all that, to let anyone know that you will a Great price for Quality work Quickly. I spent a little more than an hour to get me back on the road safely. They never could get the alignment right on my truck. The truck pulls hard to the left after their so called alignment and now you have to hold the steering wheel crooked in order to go straight. I had all new ball joints and tie rods put into my truck so that isn't the problem and they even said everything with the suspension looks good. Their second attempt at trying to align the truck made it worse. I got a refund on the terrible alignment job and was told by one of the brothers who own this place that he didn't ever want to see me walk through their front doors again. I responded that they definitely didn't have to worry about that. As I was walking out to get into my truck which was parked near the rear of the building, the alignment tech came out into the parking lot and started threatening to punch me. He was also calling me all sorts of names and making several other threats. I don't know if he is on something, he's mental, or if he just got severely offended that his work is absolutely terrible and that I got a refund for it. I told him that he wasn't going to do anything and that I was recording him on my phone and then he went back into the building. I have never been treated this way and threatened with physical assault from any establishment. They couldn't do an alignment on my truck and then tried to blame me for the problem. What a good way to treat your customers Double D! If you're reading this, stay far away from this place. I would recommend driving to any other tire store in Greeneville or even driving to Morristown or Johnson City to a tire store.

I'm no tire technician but I would think that one person could put on a set of tires with no help. Hell, I would have helped him if that could get job done. I left and went to Walmart.
