Immediately took them back and they redid the hem-no charge. Later in the week wore my other two pants, and once again on the first wear the hem came undone. Took both pants back and questioned if maybe the wrong thread was used for the pants material. Again the pants were redone no charge, however upon pickup I was told I would need to pay to get them done again (because why would I not just take them to another place if I crossed that bridge).
