I only bought 5 days for each child and we did 3 days the first week and 2 the 2nd week. I ended up having a babysitter come the remaining three days because my girls didn't want to go back to the camp (a first). There is very little structure to the camp, little to no outdoors time, and the food selection was either a bagel or pizza.....every day. There were no other options available. We packed lunches and snacks and after about a day of the camp my kids were really bored. They spent most of the time on pads or watching movies due to other activities being full when they wanted to do them. They specifically asked me to never send them to this camp again.

My daughter has a few school friends who regularly attend the same classes as her, but I have noticed that she has also become friendly with other children which is especially nice to see in this COVID age. The thing I like most is the flexibility of the classes. I had assumed we would have to come a specific set of days every week, but you can choose which days work best for your child. This is especially helpful for those of us with other children or prior engagements, or simply to allow the child the independence to pick when they'd like to come. My daughter started in mid-March and she got her white belt in April. It is now early May and she's gotten two tips on her belt already. These achievements give my daughter a sense of pride and also motivation to keep doing her best! They also offer summer camp, after school care, and always have something special going on (like bring a friend week, mother's appreciation month right now, and father's month coming up in June). Overall I'm really grateful to have my daughter in this academy and look forward to the years to come.

DDC Family: When…read morewe joined the studio 6 years ago, I had no idea that competition dance was in my daughter's future. DDC has been a positive experience for Madison and myself. Madison has learned life skills such as teamwork, time management, and cooperation. But the biggest lesson is that great accomplishments come with practice, more practice, and persistence!! Madison had a huge smile every time she walked proudly into the studio to dance. She found a friendly welcoming place to dance and fond memories during the weekend competitions. Madison has grown to love the art of dance but I have, as her mother, developed a deeper sense of respect for dancers and the sacrifices that families make to support their children. DDC dancers and parents have amazed me every day! I applaud the instructors for their dedication, commitment, and patience that they have shown towards the children and especially towards Madison throughout the years! The learning environment at Chesterbrook has exceeded my personal expectations as a first time mom and what I envisioned he would be learning in Pre School. With the academic and fundamental progression that I have seen thus far, I am more than confident that when he graduates from Chesterbrook he will have the skill set required to advance to first grade with ease. Along with how well he is doing academically, he has awesome teachers that are very supportive and instructing him on not only his academic growth but also his social skill growth with his peers. They consult with me on his progress and answer any of my questions or concerns openly. With previous schools, I struggled with lack of communication from his teachers and have realized that Chesterbook is a breath of fresh air. All of the teachers and staff are friendly and helpful even if my son is not in their physical class daily. As a mom this makes me feel good about the environment he is in everyday while I'm working. Something new that I love is that they have recently incorporated sending notifications and updates of his day through an online/phone application. At the end of the day I receive an email update. One of their representatives, Daisy, was especially rude and disrespectful when I tried to ask simple questions. Instead of helping, she seemed annoyed and dismissive the entire time. On top of that, their website is extremely unhelpful and rarely has up-to-date information. It makes it frustrating to try to find accurate details about schedules, amenities, or programs. The condition of the facility itself is also very disappointing for a place that promotes itself as a premium sports complex. The pool house is constantly messy and poorly maintained, and the gyms are in some of the worst condition I've seen at a facility like this. Equipment and areas often look neglected, which really makes you question how well the place is being managed. Overall, between the poor customer service, lack of reliable information on their website, and the condition of the facilities, I wouldn't recommend the Spring Flagship location. There are much better-run gyms and sports facilities in the area.

Review of water park only:…read more Don't buy for the whole family. We made the mistake of buying for a family of 4, but only small kids would enjoy this. Could have saved half the cost by just buying for 2 kids. You definitely don't need more than an hour either. It's really loud, so it's not great for autistic or sensory sensitive kids. My kids don't enjoy water directly in their face, and there's nowhere to go that doesn't have water landing directly in your face. There's nowhere for adults to sit, and it's a small room so there's residual splashing everywhere; wear pool shoes even if you don't go on the play structure and are just supervising the kids. During the 5-minute breaks once per hour, it would be nice if you could use the adjacent pool I but it was occupied with aquatic sports teams. Staff were very friendly, and the overall sports/rec facility looks huge and very clean. Locker rooms were very clean as well. For our family, however, it just wasn't worth the price paid nor was it the type of water park that would work for older kids or autistic kids.
