Googled "Tires in Conway, Arkansas". Big O was the first to pop up. And from my experience, for good reason. I called and asked for a quote on 4 specific tires. The salesman, quoted me a price. But then asked me if I needed those specific tires and what I was using them for. I told him they were going on a trailer and my situation. He recommended a cheaper tire that was better for my trailer and had better reviews (I googled the tires and checked). I told the salesman we were traveling and my dilemma of needing to get back to work in Florida. From the time we pulled into the parking lot until the time we pulled onto the hwy was 38 MINUTES!!! I time everything (I is a weird quirk of mine). I absolutely can not say anything positive enough to reflex my experience. Josh was professional, courteous and helpful. Both on the phone and in person The technician (I can not remember his name but he used a Hart impact wrench and we discussed it because I was considering getting a couple of them). that did the install was awesome as well. Just very pleasant people to talk to. They could have been rude and taken advantage of me and my situation (which is what I 100% expected, but they did not). A week or so later, I'm back in there to get a second compressor because they overcharged it with freon and burned it up. It works again for about a week before it goes out again and I am so frustrated that I don't take it back to let them look at it until this year. Choosing to suffer through the heat wave of '23 with no ac simply because I didn't want to deal with the rude guys at the desk. I only returned this year at the urging of a coworker who agreed to come with me to attempt to get this sorted. They said that all the parts were lifetime warranty which was another reason I chose to go back. They found a leak in the system and replaced a valve as well as recharged the system. It worked. Until it started blowing hot again. So, today, the same coworker and I take my car back to get them to look at it. The guy who gives it a look this time accused me of taking it to another shop all because the condenser - that they put on in 2022 with the original compressor- doesn't appear on their records. I told him that I hadn't taken it to another shop but he wasn't believing me and essentially told me that my warranty was void. I will not be returning to this business. And I will warn everyone about this experience.

Went to get an alignment and rotation since I do a lot of driving for work. Went to pick it up…read moreafter two hours and the wheel was not aligned and the truck was grinding when going straight. Called the store back to tell them something was wrong for them to tell me to bring it back. They assessed it again and determined something was not right. They took it back and after 3 more hours they called me to tell me they could not get it to hold and alignment. After arguing with them that my vehicle was perfectly fine when I took it in. I was then asked why I brought it in if it was fine. Where I was then laughed at for telling them you are supposed to align every so many miles. The "manager" who was the one who laughed then said you only get them done when they are out of align. They keep insisting it is my fault my vehicle is now broken and they can't fix it becuase they don't do that work.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this shop. especially if you're a female…read more I went in to get a simple patch for a nail in my tire and told they were dry rotted and would not patch. ended up with four new tires and two new front CV boots. 1800 dollars later, I leave the shop and realize that my driver window button is missing from the door panel. couldn't roll my window up for over 24 hours and then I found it underneath my seat with the connectors broken. I will now have to buy a whole new unit for my door just to be able to roll up my window. On top of that, I had three missing valve stem covers and have proof that it left the shop this way. they're nicest can be when they want to offer you a payment plan for almost $2,000 worth of work but can't keep basic things about your vehicle intact. I would definitely recommend any other shop in town and reading reviews before you go. Don't always take someone's word because you'll end up in the place that I'm in

I also came here for new tires and they messed up one of my tire sensor that I had to go to another auto shop to have another shop fix my sensor. When I asked for another service, an employee at the register told me that they don't offer that service. I pointed to the list of services they had posted on the wall behind them which listed the service. The employees don't even know what they offer. The employees at the registers are hard to find too, they take so long to come when I'm trying to pay to leave.
