Unfortunately I cannot recommend this shop. especially if you're a female. I went in to get a simple patch for a nail in my tire and told they were dry rotted and would not patch. ended up with four new tires and two new front CV boots. 1800 dollars later, I leave the shop and realize that my driver window button is missing from the door panel. couldn't roll my window up for over 24 hours and then I found it underneath my seat with the connectors broken. I will now have to buy a whole new unit for my door just to be able to roll up my window. On top of that, I had three missing valve stem covers and have proof that it left the shop this way. they're nicest can be when they want to offer you a payment plan for almost $2,000 worth of work but can't keep basic things about your vehicle intact. I would definitely recommend any other shop in town and reading reviews before you go. Don't always take someone's word because you'll end up in the place that I'm in read more

These guys know what they are doing. My son's truck wouldn't start outside of Conway, while stopped for gas. Limped it over to Robert Jrs, they assessed and replaced a battery cable as a temp fix at a minimal charge so he could get it home to replace under a battery warranty. I have seen other reviews calling Robert Jr's a predatory business. And based on my recent experience, I have to say the exact same thing. My daughter recently had a blowout on her Honda Civic and she destroyed a wheel. She took her car into Roberts to be fixed and they tried charging her well over $600 for a new wheel and tire. I was surprised by that total. So, I did some shopping. I was able to find that wheel brand new from no less than 6 businesses (on a quick preliminary Google search) for around $150. When I called them to ask about it, the guy on the phone said, "Yeah man. That wheel is $400-450 anywhere you go. So, that's the price." When I told him I found it for $150 with free shipping, he got quiet. Then he said, "Well that's from our distributor." Fine. Cancel the order. So I went in today to pick up the old wheel and asked him again about the price. He said, "well, we have to go through our distributor, which is a network of salvage yards all across the country." So, you were gonna charge me $400-$450 for a SALVAGE stock wheel? My daughter then told me they told her it was coming from a warehouse in Little Rock. So which is it? A new overpriced wheel from Little Rock? Or a VERY overpriced salvage wheel from god knows where? Either way, I firmly believe they saw a young girl and tried to firmly rip her off. Will 100 percent tell everyone I know about this experience. And to top it off? (I didn't know this until today) Last year my daughter took her car in to get new tires all around and it cost her in the neighborhood of $1600. For a Honda civic with basic tires. Again, they saw a young girl who didn't know what she needed and completely oversold her. This is not quality customer service. This is a business set on ripping you off whenever possible. read more

I took my clean Jeep in to have the brakes replaced and a couple other items. They were fantastic with communication through the process and I appreciate the work they did. But, when I picked up my jeep there was mud all over it. I asked where they test drove it and they stated down the main road. I asked why there was mud all down it including up to the roof.... One gentleman asked the guy who test drove it if he took it off road and he responded, would you like me to go wash it?? This is completely unprofessional. I don't off road in my vehicle and I don't appreciate coming back to see that it's been taken off road AND left dirty when I brought it in clean. read more

Had them put a evaporator core and a heater core in my truck they are side beside in the dash they only put the evaporator core in charge me for both wanted to lowering kit put on in the alignment left the shocks loose left the steering column loose wanted highway treads they put all terrain tree and tires on it I spent almost almost $5,000 on this when I got the truck back it wouldn't blow out the vents the air and it was before I brought it in and when I took it back for him to work on it the boss said he just really didn't want to fool with it so don't come here save you damn money got under there looked at the steering column left all the bolts out and two that's left in there or loose the steering column just flops around going to have to have another shop fix it because they refuse to fix it paint for alignment didn't get it paid got the wrong tires wouldn't do nothing about it when I went to pick it up the exhaust pipe was unhooked Don't know why the purpose of that talk to him multiple times refuse to work on it so I'm coming here to give him a bad review and I don't care what anybody thinks they don't want to do anything about it read more

I was just in Conway to visit my Dad, and I noticed the plastic protective piece that's in the wheel well was loose and starting to rub against the tire pretty bad. I was going to visit the toyota dealer but thought I would at least try this place since my Dad had used them before. They got me in fast and replaced the plastic push pins or grommets that had fallen out and didn't even charge me. I was very impressed with them and their customer service! read more

Transmission went out in my mother's car and this business was recommended by friends. First go around was fairly reasonable, but less than 6 months after replacement the transmission went out again. We were informed the parts are covered under warranty but the labor would not be. So we took it back in and had transmission replaced again ~$2400 for first transmission Parts / Labor ~$700 for second transmission Labor After getting the vehicle back from second repair, transmission went out again in less than 30 days. Took the vehicle back to the shop to be repaired under warranty again. Fast forward to 6 months later. Vehicle is still with shop and now the mgmt and owners are dodging our calls. We've been told multiple times we would receive a call about the car and be able to come pick it up, but that has yet to happen. Went up to shop and was told the owner would call us next day, he did not. My mother is 70 yrs old and this shop is trying to scam her. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! They prey on the elderly and a lawsuit will be only remedy. read more

Would have given 5 if not for the following issue; however, Manager Brad Troha gets 5 stars for his quick response and courtesy in taking care of the issue. They paid for the full cost of the repairs at our local mechanic the same day as it was all discovered since the truck was unable to be driven back to Conway for them to repair there as we are in Bentonville. Took my husband's truck in on August 21st. Bought new wheels and tires. Once they had the truck up they told us he needed new brakes which we told them to go ahead and take care of. In the meantime they got very busy and left his truck unattended with no one working on for several hours. They finally finished it after about 4 hours. We live in Bentonville and over the last week my husband has noticed the truck making grinding sounds. He took it to a local shop today to find they only put new brake pads on one side of the truck. The other side has no pads or rotars and they left their vice grips on the unfinished side which was the only thing keeping the brakes from bleeding. read more

The reviews were good and we were staying in Conway so we stopped before going to check in. There were 6 bays which were all full but they took us right away when we explained our situation. The manager was very personable and helpful. The price was reasonable and they finished quickly while the dog, my husband and I waited inside. Recently did business at Robert's new rims, tires and alignment. They ordered the wrong rims keep my vehicle for two days before they were done. The alignment is terrible and they dented my vehicle. I called to tell them about it and the guy on the phone says I'm just a low guy in the pole here but I'll tell Robert to call you. Two weeks and still no call from Robert. Maybe Robert isn't real but if he is his customer service sucks and he will never get another dime of mine. I'll never recommend business to Roberts if I'm ever asked. As a matter of fact, I will tell anyone that will listen how bad they suck. I watched customer after customer get pissed while I waited on my vehicle to be finished. Charges $100 for an alignment when shops 2 miles away charge $60. Went to fix breaks and ball joints from making noise when I stopped. They took my money and didn't fix anything. Went to talk to them about it and he kept saying "my guys sprayed brake cleaner on the rotors" I do not want to hear about what they did, because its what they didn't do, which is fix the problem I brought to them. ***do not lease from any of the leasing companies that they offer, they say this 90 same as cash to get you in but in reality after the 90 day you'll end up paying more than double the cost. the people at robert jr's do not expain the finance charges after the 90 days. i will never purchase from them again whether it's cash or lease, if you really need tires go to rent and roll. they offer in house finance minus all of finance scams.*** read more

There is reason why Robert Jr's Tire is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau/organization, because if all legitimate complaint were file, they would be out of business. My car was making noises every time I turned my steering wheel. So I give Robert Jr a try to see what was wrong with my car... I explained the problem to the owner/manager and he said "I needed a get all 4 new shock absorbers for my car to fix the noises. Costed me $700. and was still making noises. I tried to explain the problem I was still having, but he throw a fit. Said the other noises was cause by the brake pads and it needed to be replace and that he not did guarantee that he would "fix all the noises" on my 2013 car was making because "other parts needed to be replaced". I made my decision to take my car to a Smith Ford dealership to fix it. Turn out all I needed was 2 set of certain size of tires for the noises to stop. And it did. I will never use Robert Jr's Tire for anything even if my life depended on it and would not recommend this shop to anyone. read more
