One of the biggest reasons this is a five star pharmacy/supplies company is because they directly bill insurance. I found no other place in Charlotte that did this. They all wanted me to pay for the equipment myself and then get a reimbursement from insurance. Talk about a hassle and risky proposition if the insurance decided not to cover it. Another thing they did is pre-order the walker even before they received the prescription from my doctor so that it would be ready as soon as possible. They took the time and effort to assemble the walker and adjust it to my height. They also delivered it to my front door, something that was imperative for me since I couldn't walk anywhere and couldn't get to their store. Not every place I called would deliver like this. The pharmacists who answered the phone were very prompt and courteous and Samantha, the durable medical equipment coordinator, was an incredibly helpful and conscientious person. She even called my doctor directly to persuade him to speed up the prescription process because I had been waiting for over a week.
