Fast forward to May 17(today) the subs are blown. They couldn't handle "Blueberry Yum Yum" and they started on fire. Literally! Additionally, my cruise control no longer works, nor does sound assist with my turn signals. I haven't noticed anything else electronic wise, but I don't attempt to use all the features available; so there may be more issues I haven't noticed yet. I noticed the cruise control as I was driving back to Iowa... The subs started smoking shortly after arrival. For them to look at it is no easy feat, about 1000 miles backwards. Either way, I'm way less than impressed. I recommend going somewhere else for your car audio needs. *Update* after weeks of back and forth emails, I'll verify Diego is a LIAR! Instead of shipping new subs as we previously discussed, he now insists I drive 2000 miles(roundtrip) or pay for shipping. I'd rather forfeit the money I paid them, and continue on with life. In my opinion this is not how business should be conducted. 10/10 recommend you go elsewhere.

My options were to have the radio fixed by honda and be without it for one to three weeks or come to this establishment and have it fixed faster and at a lower cost. So I scheduled an appointment to drop off the car because they wanted to take the radio out. My appointment was at 10am and I arrived about 6 minutes before. When I arrived, there wasn't an attendant at the front desk. A sign said ring the bell if no one comes in two minutes. I am the typical male and I love pushing buttons so the clock started. I am happy yet sad I didn't get to push the button - the service tech beat the two-minute clock. I REALLY wanted to ring the bell! The older gentleman working on my car informed me that they can replace my display for $100. There was a scratch there and I can't recall when it happened. At this point they couldn't tell me anything about the broken CD player (which was the whole reason for my visit). I told him I'd like to understand what is wrong with my disc player before I commit to fix the display. The scratch is so minor I forgot it was even there. Plus I was thinking at $100 for a display what will it cost to fix the stuck cd-$1000?? They said the cd mechanism was in need of repair and they could fix everything for $350. I said yes and they began to work on it. They said the repair would take less than 1 hour and they could get me out fairly fast. They did as they planned and had me out in less than one hour. All works well now. Every business I go to I expect to have the wireless password. When I asked the older lady that worked there if I could have theirs she said its on a secured network. I thought yeah....that's why I want your password. As she walked away I guess she thought about it and said she can enter it into my phone for me. She did that and I was sincerely appreciative.

But the person who did the actual tint didn't do it up to par. I don't like causing problems but when it's about things that I'm paying for , it's serious. I did not receive quality service or the service I asked for and I provided evidence. In the Agreement for tinting it never said no refunds, and I have the receipt. When I First got the window tinted he said it looks foggy and it will clear up, I waited a couple days and it looked horrible still. I asked if I can come in to redo them or I would want my money back and then he said he can't refund but he'll try to do it again, and it's not his fault if tint doesn't come out perfect, so then I said I'll wash the car or anything to make sure we get the best results. I showed up the next day and my appointment got cancelled 3 mins before my appointment at 8 am and it was very unprofessional. I came in the next day and wasn't greeted or anything, I felt rude energy and God knows I'm a man of good and don't let people energy affect me. When my tinting was redone he didn't show me the work, he just gave me the key and told me the car was outside and basically blocked me out from checking the vehicle and saying another complaint. So this time instead of going to them I took it to Capital One because that is unfair. Now I Have to pay someone else to redo them and remove the tint they installed because It was cheap quality. They even tried to reach out personally and kept calling my phone unprofessionally when they needed to call through the company phone number. They took my phone number from signed paper work and used it and that is illegal.
