This place needs a lot of improvement. First off, it is in no way ADA compliant which is a big…read moreissue for a medical supply store. There are no handicap spots to park in and the door is not automatic. They really need to hire more employees because both times I went in, I waited around for 5-10 minutes before someone acknowledged me and helped me. One employee was more concerned about helping the people calling on the phone than actually helping the customers standing in the store. When I picked up the equipment that I rented, the gentleman who helped me was very kind and made sure it was adjusted to my height. He even loaded it into my car for me. When I dropped it back off however, the woman who helped me took the equipment out of my trunk without even closing my trunk and left me standing outside on my crutches informing me I had to go back inside to sign off on the return. Again, an issue considering I was on crutches and they do not have automatic doors. The only reason I returned the equipment early is because I found a better scooter for free to complete my two months of non weight bearing. The equipment they provided was heavy and the breaks didn't work. It was a struggle to fold up and load into the car whenever I took it anywhere. The seat was stained and cracked. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I definitely won't be a repeat customer. The only positive I can say is that the store is clean and the staff is friendly once they decide to actually help you.

When we found…read morethe ScooTours Denver Scooter Rental we were in town from St Louis, MO and David made a special trip for us to rent the scooters to us! He also took the time to explain all the safety rules to follow and to make sure we had our protective gear on properly as well as to provide us with panchos which came in very handy and bottled water! Meeting them alone was worth the price but we took the scooters and rode to Golden Colorado for dinner at the Sherpa Restaurant after riding up to Buffalo Bill's grave and Lookout Mountain which was beautiful going up and a lot of fun to ride down. All in all I would say David and Jane made our day / evening by renting the scooters to us and with their wonderful personalities and evening! So now every time I visit Denver ScooTours is on the agenda I want to try the Red Rock ride next!!!

And then was told that I can turn it back in after 4 days (rented for a month) and they'd still keep my money from the rental itself and charge me extra. When I asked for the inspection reports, she said no. And further explained that they don't do internal brake inspections.
