I needed a wheelchair while visiting family in Colorado. Mobility Plus had a large selection at reasonable prices.

This place needs a lot of improvement. First off, it is in no way ADA compliant which is a big…read moreissue for a medical supply store. There are no handicap spots to park in and the door is not automatic. They really need to hire more employees because both times I went in, I waited around for 5-10 minutes before someone acknowledged me and helped me. One employee was more concerned about helping the people calling on the phone than actually helping the customers standing in the store. When I picked up the equipment that I rented, the gentleman who helped me was very kind and made sure it was adjusted to my height. He even loaded it into my car for me. When I dropped it back off however, the woman who helped me took the equipment out of my trunk without even closing my trunk and left me standing outside on my crutches informing me I had to go back inside to sign off on the return. Again, an issue considering I was on crutches and they do not have automatic doors. The only reason I returned the equipment early is because I found a better scooter for free to complete my two months of non weight bearing. The equipment they provided was heavy and the breaks didn't work. It was a struggle to fold up and load into the car whenever I took it anywhere. The seat was stained and cracked. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I definitely won't be a repeat customer. The only positive I can say is that the store is clean and the staff is friendly once they decide to actually help you.

Well, my previous review was certainly premature! Service was exceptional when You Can was getting…read moreme setup as a new customer: getting insurance approval (& insurance payment) and taking my copay. However, it has been a nightmare ever since. I started with them in the Spring 2026. In fact, my original order was delayed. I paid my deductible in cash on March 13. On April 7, I still had not received supplies. Re-supplies were supposed to be provided every 90 days. Today, after multiple phone conversations with manager at You Can in Louisville and S3 representatives, I am still getting the runaround. S3 apparently has a contract with You Can to provide re-supplies to Colorado clients. But communication between the two seems to be lacking as S3 is asking for medical documentation that was provided to You Can just a few months ago to receive my CPAP machine! And, while my agreement is with You Can--not with S3, their arrangement is with You Can--You Can is essentially blowing me off. I literally spent an hour and 27 mins on the phone with an Alpine Medical staff member this morning trying to get my re-supplies. She was wonderful, but couldn't resolve the issue. I am exhausted!!! (Alpine Medical in UT and ID is owned by Caddis Capital Management in Draper, Utah, which also owns You Can Medical in Colorado. Apparently S3 is also owned by Caddis.) So, at this point, my next steps are BBB, CO State AG and DORA (if You Can is even registered... ) I appreciate that medical supplies are big business given aging Baby Boomers. How about providing ethical, transparent, responsible customer service while you're benefiting from Medicare dollars. (After initially typing this review, I finally got a Medicare representative involved: three-way call with an S3 staff member, which started with a You Can manager... )
