I would not be writing this review if even one person I spoke to in the office understood the basics of Medicare insurance.

It is Medcom Group that purposely submits multiple Rental claims instead because found out insurance company online that Medcom Group submitted 5 separate rental claims. 2. The claim code used to submit to insurance company - Medcom Group knew ahead that the code insurance company does not cover and instead another similar equipment claim code will cover. Medcom Group hides the information and did not disclose the similar equipment to me. 3. Medcom Group charges same equipment for purchase more expensive than other medical equipment companies - check and compare yourself.
