I explained I did not have a co-pay in the previous two years I had been getting my supplies from them. I asked them why they had not billed me and they said that they had gotten the bills returned in the mail. I found out that they had been sending the bills to the wrong address, that was different from the address where I had been getting my supplies. I fired them, and complained to the Better Business Bureau, Worst service, and terrible customer service. Zero Stars. We have been waiting 5-6 days for someone to pay attention to this order. No one answers the phone. Agents are never available. And if you manage to successfully leave a message on their glitchy phone service, it will take well over 48 hours for someone to get back in touch with you... and they will pass the buck to a colleague. Order went to them on July 9th.... it is now July 15th and I have not spoken to a single person who knows anything about it. Several people have passed me along to Sherrie in Windsor/Fort Morgan, who by all appearances does not actually exist.... I was given a personal number, and a store number, and in both cases, no one answers. No one calls back. Except their billing department. They have a whole call center for taking money, but crickets when it comes to patient care.
