The workers quickly signed us in, and the triage nurses promptly documented the details of my husband's health issues on each visit. As we waited in the ER, he was taken for tests and had blood drawn by workers who were part of an organized team. The nurses and doctors were attentive and knowledgeable. Even the workers who cleaned the rooms were cheerful and efficient. During one trip, William Clark took the time to share more information about my husband's health issues than my husband's past cardiologists ever did. On another visit, Dr. Valdez, Lupe (the Health Coordinator), and the two virtual nurses went ABOVE and BEYOND in an attempt to connect my husband with better health care once we left YRMC -East. Their enthusiasm and need to provide the best care for my husband was heartwarming which relieved so much of our stress and gave us hope! The grounds are not safe for handicapped or visually impaired. Equipment, like for eyes, hasn't been updated for 19 years (when I was there). It should be shut down.

I had a single bed room and it was very comfortable with a large bathroom. Their plan is to get you up and moving. The dining room food was good with many choices plus they are informed of each patients dietary restrictions. The staff if very friendly and helpful to your needs. They also have an inexpensive meal program for your family who might be visiting during a meal time. Michelle, along with a couple other company employees, assisted in demonstrating various types of walkers. In addition, she explained the Medicare payment allowance upon receipt of a prescription from the physician. She spent a lot of time with us and there was never any pressure to purchase anything. She made very helpful recommendations based on the needs of my husband. A few weeks prior to today's visit, we went there to find a walking cane for my very tall husband. Whether it's a small, inexpensive item or a high-end piece of equipment, you get their undivided attention. We've always been treated with so much respect and they never fail to provide the best possible customer service. I was squeezed in right away as it's urgent due to my severe pain caused by my covid long haul condition. This doctor told me "never to do a walk-in" in his facility ever, that he won't see me and he was visibly shaking so clearly he was taking out his frustration he has on his on the primaries scheduling team on me and my case, which is unfair to me and my medical condition and insurance!
