The grounds are not safe for handicapped or visually impaired. Equipment, like for eyes, hasn't been updated for 19 years (when I was there). It should be shut down.

I had a single bed room and it was very comfortable with a large bathroom. Their plan is to get you up and moving. The dining room food was good with many choices plus they are informed of each patients dietary restrictions. The staff if very friendly and helpful to your needs. They also have an inexpensive meal program for your family who might be visiting during a meal time. My appointment was made by the owner and main Dr. of the company through thumb Butte Medical Center in Prescott. I was squeezed in right away as it's urgent due to my severe pain caused by my covid long haul condition. This doctor told me "never to do a walk-in" in his facility ever, that he won't see me and he was visibly shaking so clearly he was taking out his frustration he has on his on the primaries scheduling team on me and my case, which is unfair to me and my medical condition and insurance!
