Dave went over my expectations and drew a sketch of what I wanted twice. He asked questions to ensure that his vision was the same as mine. I asked him to change two things while the job was in progress and he did so cheerfully and quite well. I also asked if he could paint the shutters for an additional fee and he obliged. He removed an old awning and porch/deck and replaced the awning with a new roof system and a new deck. The price was very competitive with other estimates I received. The work was excellent. There were a few rain delays, but we cannot control the weather. He continued to work in light rain and would work up until the rain just didn't allow it any more.
