I've been dealing with these guys for 20+ Years! Never have let me down. I see a ton of bad…read morereviews, I understand the frustration, but I think its mostly insurance or impatience. Mobility for ANYONE IN A CHAIR IS PRIORITY, 5 MINUTES IS TOO LONG WITH OUT IT. Then, you add in transportation to pickup/deliver, coordination w/caregivers, its a DISASTER!! So, no matter how much anyone does, it will never be enough. The staff may not "Seem" compassionate, but they are. If they worked 247 it wouldn't be enough! I know a guy who worked for a seating facility, he was compassionate, worked many ours, bent over backwards, and did more than he should have! These people are only human, and its a business.. Unfortunately, the guy I knew got so involved, it ruined his health and passed in 2020, stress of trying to care for everyone can be a burden, try to be patient. (*I'm sure one day I'll have an issue, but right now, I will not switch)

Even if you have on the ball insurance, NSM doesn't communicate well and are slow as hell. Seriously, trust me guys! My chair broke down in July and I still do not have it in my possession and it's almost December. I got the approval letter from the insurance over the 90% coverage two months ago and paid the co-pay two weeks after that. It's kind of effing ridiculous. It's not like they are still doing any diagnostics, they knew immediately what was wrong with it before they filed the insurance claim. Usually, you can get somebody on the phone but they just give you some bullshit answers. Please, please, please! Do not use them if you have any choice. Try your very best to get a wheelchair through a totally different company. They absolutely are the worst company I've ever dealt with! Ask other people and you probably will hear the same! If you look at some of their other sites in different cities, people on Yelp say that they suck there as well.

I've had to deal with various medical suppliers over the past 20 years, and Binson's is far and away the best... so much so, that I have begun using them for my Dad's needs (I have guardianship of him) too. Any issues, which haven't come up in years, are due to either the doctor's office or insurance company. Seriously, use this company!

The technician that delivered the equipment explained how everything worked. Then it started down hill from there. Last September they changed her medication to Trilogy to help with her breathing and it worked. So I changed the filter on her oxygen concentrator and shortly after that she did not have to use her oxygen equipment anymore. We have called and sent e-mails, left messages and nothing. They sent her an invoice for 5,000.00. She does not want to buy the equipment. We have been trying to return it and that seems to be impossible. This is absolutely the worst company that we have ever dealt with. No communication at all. My advice is go somewhere else where they have good customer service. My wife is battling cancer and she can hardly get around with out help. At this time I still have the equipment sitting in our front room and I am going to try and return it to one of there stores myself and see how that goes John P
