When I called to set up the appointment to get it, I would talk to the operator, and she would transfer me to the store. Unfortunately, it would ring and ring and ring and then hang up on you. Super annoying. I then had to call back, and it happened two more times. Finally, the fourth time the receptionist said she was going to transfer me to a different place. She said they could set up the appointment for the Royal Oak location. I got my appointment set up. So the lady who helped me out, and I am sorry I forgot her name, I tried looking at all the paperwork that I got. The person name who generated my paperwork is not the same person that helped me. She was accommodating in explaining everything to me. Answered all my questions and recommended getting baby wipes to wipe down the mask every morning. she also pointed out that I needed to get distilled water. Other than the phone issue trying to set up everything. My actual appointment was a very positive experience.
