I find that I have found a very good place to have my truck serviced. Justin Pharo is extremely…read moreknowledgeable and takes great pride in his ability to solve a vehicles problems. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. He is reasonable with his labor charges as well.

I had my car towed there on Monday to have a fuel issue addressed. It went well at first. I got…read more text saying my vehicle hadn't been looked at yet since a previous repair was taking longer. Then nothing until I get an emailed invoice that was not clear to me. I called to ask questions and even offered feedback about the info in the invoice. Was told that in his 15 years of running a shop, no one had every said they weren't clear. Well, ok then. I ok'd the work. Then I get a call the next day that in the process of replacing the fuel sensor, he cracked the fuel line. This was Friday afternoon around 2pm. They would quote it for me on Monday. I asked why it couldn't be quoted that day since it had already been there all week. They had previous plans. Ok. Monday comes, they quote was over $1000 for the fuel line and labor. My family are all mechanics but they live in Montana, a little too far to drive. Things happen when working on cars. BUT....they all said they would not charge labor and give the part to the customer at cost. If that didn't make them happy, they would not charge. I wasn't expecting it to be fixed for free but I also was not at fault that the fuel line was damaged. I told him I would just come get it. He asked if I realized it didn't run...smh. I had my car towed back home and had it fixed somewhere else for half that price. I decided to give a new shop a chance and keep it local. My mistake.
