**Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Communication**…read more I was referred to this business by my car dealer (Zimbrick of Madison) to get a quote on a scuffed rim. I followed the voicemail instructions and sent a detailed message with photos of the damage and my email address for a quote. I didn't hear back for over a week, so I followed up again with another polite message. When I finally received a response, it was abrupt, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the delay or offering any customer service, the reply was a short message demanding payment upfront and refusing to work with the warranty provider (ECP), which I was told by Zimbrick he could work with. Even if that is not the case or things have changed, his response was not warranted or appreciated. I will take my business elsewhere! If you value respectful communication, timely responses, and basic professionalism, I will strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience was frustrating and disappointing--especially coming from a business recommended by a trusted dealership.

Our preferred pediatrician was a a clinic in Madison yesterday. It was in an area I have never been…read moreto. I was on my way home with my baby and three year old when I hit something. The car in front of me had easy gone over this hunk of car part in the middle of the road and with not much time to change lanes I tried to go over it as well. I guess my car is shorter because it got caught and my car started bouncing up and down as I drove. I thought maybe my wheel hit it or something and my tire went flat. I stopped and put my flashers on to look at my tires but they were all fine. Cars started honking and going around me as the light turned green on this very busy road. I peaked under the car and saw it. I was terrified. If I tried to go under and grab it on this busy road someone could hit my car while I was under it and crush me with my children inside the car. I was really scared. Then my angel appeared. This truck stopped in my lane behind me. He was in my lane which stopped people in my lane from moving toward my car. He did so far enough away that if someone hit him he wouldn't get pushed into my car. It also gave me space as a vulnerable young mom with my children to turn him away before he got to close if I felt like he was dangerous. It was very respectful and just what I needed. He got out of his car and called out to me. He asked if I needed help, I did. He came over and looked under the car. He told me to pull the car forward while he watched. Then he told me to stop and go backward. I did and piece came out from under my car. He grabbed it and told me it didn't look like it was from my car and my car looked ok to drive. He asked for nothing. I think God put him there for me but even if that wasn't the case he was just what I needed and is someone you want when you are in a situation like that. I have RBF but I wish I could go back in time and give home a proper smile. Such a nice man. Thank you!
