Super lovely coffees!! Enjoyed the vibe and how casual it was. However the avocado toast was just ok.

First I want to say their breakfast sandwiches are AMAZING. They have gluten free options too. Absolutely delicious!! 10/10. I have been so disappointed, however, with the coffee! Everything I order is tasteless and watered down. Even when I add extra espresso shots. Honestly, I often don't even finish my drink. It's such a bummer because I really like this location and the workers are always so nice! read more

Stopped by Mocha Lounge for the first time and really enjoyed it! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a hot specialty latte--both were great. I asked the cashier what she recommended to eat, and she was super friendly and suggested the build-your-own breakfast sandwich, which ended up being perfect. My order came out quicker than expected, and the service overall was excellent. The shop itself is super cute with lots of seating options and outlets - perfect for working or studying. I'll definitely be visiting again to try something new! read more

Mocha Lounge is exactly what their name says, a great lounge where you can sit down and stay a while drinking delicious medium roast house blend or any number of chi flavors, my favorite being the spicy blackberry. The baristas are conversational while being very attuned to details with orders. read more

I was visiting a friend from out of town. She usually goes to this place and loved it, but she had one of the worst interactions with staff I've ever seen. We get to the place at 8 in the morning. She asks for a latte with no foam. Simple, right? Gets the latte, it's all foam. My friend wasn't even rude about it, even though it's exactly the opposite of what she wanted. She just asked if they could give her more milk to put in her latte. The staff refused. Point blank. "No. I'm not doing that. Nope. Not happening." My friend pointed out that there was too much foam. The staff was like "There was no foam when I made it, so any foam must've come from you." Um. Okay? Yes, my friend created this extra foam just so she could get back in line to ask for more milk. You got her! Guilty! One of the most bizarre customer service experiences ever. It's like, if you're having a bad day, that's cool. Happens to all of us. Please don't take it out on a customer. I stopped on Mocha Lounge today as I was out running errands. The one located north is always so swamped I can never get in! I was elated to see the SW location open bright and early and with a smaller crowd. I stepped in and was pleased with the ambiance. It's rather dark, but still warm and inviting. The counter is a few feet from the front entrance. There is ample seating all around the establishment. To the left of the counter is a display case with food items and some to the right as well. They have a display board up above the counter that lists all of the items and sizes available for purchase. I opted for a medium coffee and chocolate croissant. Coffee is self serve to the right of the counter. They have several canisters with their various offerings. The creamer is there as is sugar/sweetener choices. Im not a fan of self serve. We are in an era where people do strange things for fun and I don't want to be the butt of a prank. My croissant was warmed but it had almost a stale affect to it. It wasn't as moist as I'm accustomed to. There was plenty of staff this morning. They were cordial, not kind, but cordial. It seemed that had a lot to talk about on a personal level and that is where their concentration was focused. I wasn't here long, just enough to get my coffee and croissant. I could tell that it's a warm and welcoming place to the people that are here routinely. I didn't experience this warmth, but I could tell others had. It was a pretty eclectic crowd, young and old. I'm glad I was able to drop in and I don't think I'll necessarily be back. read more

I don't like the matcha frappes from this place. It barely taste like matcha AT ALL and when I had it it taste more like milk. The scotcharoos are very good and the cake pops are mid, but still ok. I tried other drinks from this place like hibiscus tea and omg that one is 10/10!!! I also tried a mocha frappe from this place and it's 7/10. I would come back here but I'm not getting the matcha frappes anymore even tho I luv matcha and have a matcha addiction :/ read more

One of my favorite coffee shops in Fort Wayne! Their chai teas are incredible, they also hav skill alternatives which is so nice! I also am obsessed with their peanut butter banana chocolate chip muffins, which are gluten free. Their quiche is incredible and SO fresh. Let's talk espresso, I have never had burnt espresso from either mocha lounges. Their espresso is incredible, smooth and not bitter. I love how they also are always kind and professional. The ladies inside or at the drive through make sure you have a good experience. Definitely check this place out and don't forget to get a muffin! read more

Mocha lounges new location is great and has a drive through which is good for a quick coffee in the morning. Mocha serves Tinker coffee and the flavors rotate. I like that if you are dining in you can use a real coffee cup which is a nice touch I ordered a vanilla latte, pineapple mint smoothie, and grilled cheese. The vanilla latte was really good and wasn't bitter like some places are. The pineapple mint smoothie was low cal and super refreshing. I had to google the other fruit in it and apparently it's cancer saving. The grilled cheese was also really good and almost had a garlic flavor to it. The grilled cheese came with pepper flavored chips. The inside is great for studying or hanging out with friends and there are board games even. The service is a little slow compared to chains but worth the wait. read more

Ok so Im always down for some tasty breakfast and after some of the reviews I read, I thought why not give this place a try. So first thing, its in a tiny plaza and parking looks interesting if they were busy, but I didn't have an issue. Second, the place is huge and its got nice and open spaces...not what i normally experience in a coffee house, and it is a good thing. I liked they had merchandise with their logo on it, and some stuff without. So walking up I was almost underwhelmed by the small menu...I was afraid I was going to have to find somewhere else to eat. Me being lazy though I decided to order a breakfast sandwich. I have never been so happy with someone else's egg sandwich! I picked out an asiago bagel, egg whites, ham and havarti cheese. It was amazing and with a piece of pumpkin bread to accompany it and the house coffee to wash it down all for less than $10...well lets just say I'm one happy camper. I'm new in town I was looking for a nice place to get some cold iced coffee. Mocha Lounge did not disappoint! I walked in and asked for a recommendation and the barista was kind enough to help me choose an iced carmello with mocha flavoring. The mocha stands up to its name and if you like that chocolatey flavor then go for it! Overall because of the service and because of the drink itself, I give this five stars! Be warned, these drinks are sweeter than the iced tea at your brother's cookout! I'll be sure to come by again during the winter for the hot drinks because their mocha flavoring is top notch. read more

There is a good variety of seating options, from tables to a small bar area to overstuffed chairs. I appreciate the creative coffee options; Mocha Lounge has flavors I don't see anywhere else in Fort Wayne. The Harry Potter themed butterbeer coffee was outstanding. The experience is rounded out with delicious pastries, quiches, sandwiches, and breakfast bowls. Bonus points for having bread from GK Baked Goods AND gluten-free options! Great atmosphere with ample seating, lots of people meeting and doing work here when we stopped by on Sunday afternoon. More of a college crowd, likely because of the weekend and most of the staff are college aged. While service was good, baristas weren't super peppy/outgoing/talkative/welcoming. Has a hipster/trendy vibe to it. The music playing was good! Prices are fair and similar to the average coffee shop menu prices. Their baked goods and quiches were a little higher on the price side for a coffee house. They have a nice self-serve coffee bar with an array of different flavors, something you don't often find self serve. The honey latte was recommended to me when asked, I was looking for something lightly sweetened. It was good, however I wanted my daughter chia because it was better! Ha! I was expecting more froth on the latte. The green tea latte was also good as well. No latte art love for any of our lattes though. As an added bonus they do have a drive-through! read more

The lounge has an open concept with plenty of tables. There is also an area with couches/lounge chairs if you really want to relax. The staff is always super friendly and offers great suggestions. I love the chai tea latte but they always have special drink options during the week if you want to mix things up. They also have a variety of baked goods for purchase. We dropped into Mocha Lounge for bulk coffee beans, during a random afternoon search in the area for beans (RIP Espresso Gallery). I was visiting the Fort for the weekend, and never happened upon Mocha Lounge before as a former local. There was a wide selection of fall-flavored coffee beans to choose from, before my driving mate decided upon Harvest Spice on the barista's recommendation. Although I have been on a caffeine hiatus for four (4) months, I still wanted to try something unique, but not sweet. The barista brewed caffeine-free blood orange tea and poured it over ice; it was the most refreshing, tart ice tea I've had in a while, and really hit the spot after a busy day of shopping and activities. The coffee shop was clean and well-decorated, not overly cluttered. I really liked the shop's branded coffee mugs, with chemical formulas printed on them...perfect for the caffeinated chemistry nerd in your life. For those who like sweeter drinks, Mocha Lounge offered a large creative selection of flavored items beyond the typical mocha or vanilla latte...French Toast, Pumpkin Chai, Marshmallow, etc. They also carry a wide variety of baked goods to satisfy your dietary needs...gluten-free, paleo, vegan, etc. Many good local coffee shops have closed down in Fort Wayne over the years, so it was wonderful to visit the Mocha Lounge...it seems to have kept up with the times while keeping its core regular customers. read more

I went here two days in a row this past weekend because after my very first visit, I couldn't stay away! The atmosphere is a great one for getting work done while enjoying some great coffee. The first day I came, they had just started a Harry Potter themed menu, and I got the Felix Felicis latte which was delicious. As soon as I heard that marshmallow was in the description, I was sold. They have weekly specials you can catch on their Instagram or on the board near the front door - today I got 50 cents off their special this week, the caramel chai. So check out those specials. It did get quite busy around 11am, but it was a good vibe and the atmosphere was conducive to casual work. Wifi was strong and free. The best best best best best coffee place I have ever gone to in my life- hands down. No other place has as good of a variety, flavors or atmosphere like this place. I wish I could clone it and take it with me to every city I am in. I cannot be in Fort Wayne without going there at least twice every time I visit. They ground everything fresh, and that makes the biggest difference. You can taste every flavor (rather than sbcks and other places that its all premixed and tastes the same as every other flavor). Plus it has a mom and pop feel, which makes it so much more homey! Their baked goods and sandwiches are pretty great, too- all together a MUST! If you enjoy coffee, you have to try it! read more

The new building is nice, but the menu is hard to navigate and omits many options available. I found the staff very cold and short with their answers when I asked for help recommending a drink. I'm very disappointed in the service I was given as I was excited to try their new location since it is close to my house and is in a more convenient parking lot.
