Beware the Smoothie King on Diebold Rd ... Incompetent and rude service people. I had to tell her a second time what I wanted after I left the menu and was at the window, so I got out of my car and walked to the menu to see what the name of the drink was then had to repeat my order 3 more times and once again after I had paid for it and then didn't receive the right drinks twice and they became frustrated with ME even though I was the one who had to repeat myself. It went to another associate who started repeating himself over and over again and then to the general manager who finally fixed the issue slightly. It also took us over 30 minutes to get our drinks and we get $4 in coupons for our time. read more

I visited the West Jefferson location and it was unpleasant looking. I was in the drive thru and could see how nasty the counters were and they handed me my bowl with stuff all over it and they aren't listening on the speaker just telling us to pull around. My last visit I ordered a smoothie bowl and there was a long hair in it, I think everyone should be wearing hair nets . read more

So happy we finally have a Smoothie King Southwest! I go to this location 4-5 times weekly have had a good experience. I usually order either a hulk or gladiator so I can't comment on the other selections but the taste is consistent and also consistent with the other Smoothie King locations though out the country. They are a great meal replacement and you know exactly the amount of carbs/protein/ fat you are intaking. Not a negative on this location but the Smoothie King app is buggy. The hours of ordering doesn't correlate with the hours the location is open, and when first submitting an online order it comes back with an error every-time saying there is no internet connection before eventually going through. If you are looking for a smoothie on the southwest side of Fort Wayne I would highly recommend. read more

I LOVE this new location! We apparently came in right after a big rush of college kids last Thursday, 3/12/2020 in the evening. I mention the date for reference in case the owner or manager reads this. I didn't get the name of the young people working that evening and wished I had. They were GREAT! They had mentioned that two other employees had called off that night and they had a pretty big rush right before we walked in. So I imagined they felt overwhelmed. PLEASE let them know they are doing a great job! We were greeted with smiles and great attitudes! The staff was great and helped us decide on which smoothie to choose from. The gal that took our order suggested a kale smoothie for me to try next time and about saving $2 on the mobile app with our first order. We also chatted about the new location and how cute it is! We had wonderful service and the employees that were working were wonderful. I can't talk them up enough. I had an immune boosting smoothie and I can't remember what my husband ordered but it was really good as well! I sadly through out our receipt and realized I didn't take any photos while there :( Since we WILL 100 million % be returning, I will add photos to a later post! This place is so cute and I'm so pleased and excited about our wonderful experience. I hope that all of the workers understand that the customer service that they presented was wonderful and to keep up the good work! Truly impressed since they seemed so young! First time there, rude drive thru girl, smoothies were fake tasting - we make our own all the time at home, maybe that's why. We got mango ginger and coffee gladiator. We also had our labs with us, the window girl says "cute dogs", while a jar of dog treats sat right there and our dogs weren't offered any , it was a nice day too, windows down. read more

The southwest location is the bees knees. It is an incredibly well managed establishment and I strongly recommend any smoothie. My current favorite is the angel food smoothie but they're all bomb. The staff is better than Chick Fil-A. The guy I had, I think his name was Gavin is elite. read more

Very frustrated, I'm a frequent customer of this location. I had to wait in line approximately 20 minutes for a smoothie. Only 2 cars ahead of me and at least 3 people working. When I got to the window they had my order wrong and said my total was $10 something. I tried to use the Smoothie King app with the rewards and they told me their computer was down and I had to pay cash. What if I hadn't been carrying cash? No apology and wasn't able to use my rewards. I have had really good experiences in the past. I hope this isn't the new normal. read more

Great smoothies with fresh ingredients- do not be in a hurry- very few staff to man both the to go window and inside counter.

This review is for this specific location. I love smoothie king however, this location has the absolute WORST service. They offer online ordering so your smoothie is ready in advance, super convenient, until they don't actually make them. I was late to work twice this week for an order I had placed 30 minutes prior to my arrival. I can't leave and tell them to forget it because I've already paid through the app. One day was a Friday and it is busier on those days, but the other day was a week day. They only have two people working and those two people are hardly ever pleasant. They practically throw the smoothie out the window without a word. They're understaffed and offer no apologies for their terrible lack of service. Do not go here unless you have a few hours to kill waiting on your smoothie. read more
