So glad to see new options in Fresno! Being a little spoiled over here in GA we decided to grab a dozen for some family since we were in town. Not sure if it is the same Mochilicious "franchise?" we are used to but the quality is a bit different. Though the doughnuts were beautifully decorated and all the options were enticing the doughnuts were cold and almost giving stale. We are used to a more light fluffy bite so not sure if the standard is different here. Staff were nice enough. As expected, being Fresno. We also got a couple milk teas while we waited.. The drinks were pretty flat. Not sure if it was just how the barista made them, but we were pretty disappointed. Maybe don't get milk tea from here, or try it before you leave. There is only a couple of Mochi donut stores in Fresno. We decided to come here after checking online. Decent size store with some seating. Cute decorated walls and bright colors. They have TV screens for their menu for coffee, boba, and snacks. They have Korean corn dogs as well. Ordered 3 mochi donuts in Cookie N Cream, Fruity Pebbles, and S'mores ($9.30) and a Fruit Tea Strawberry Passion ($5.25). Donuts were yummy. Very chewy and tasty. The drink was also very refreshing. Today I tried the Katsu k-dog which you can get still get half and half or all mozzarella and comes with furikake, bonito flakes and drizzled with oyster sauce. It is delicious! Slightly salty but with those toppings it's to be expected. My daughter got her usual hot Cheetos crusted half and half with spicy link and spicy mayo. She loved it as usual. Her mango smoothie with strawberry jelly and mango popping pearls was also delicious. We also tried a strawberry cheesecake mochi waffle. It came out hot, such a good texture, nice and chewy. I think the glaze was white chocolate but it was definitely strawberry flavored. It was sweet so perfect for sharing , I loved it. I also got my usual black iced tea. I didn't specify no sugar and it was slightly sweet. I'm always glad they are across town because we would be here way too often haha Service is also always good. We are so happy and lucky to have this place in Southeast Fresno. I come here for mochi donuts, Korean corn dogs, and especially boba. All of their items are super great. Their donuts are always super fresh and delicately made. They have so many unique flavors and I've really enjoyed them all. Most recently, we've gotten cinnamon churro, strawberry shortcake, and a mango coconut mochi donut in honor of Cambodian New Year. The Korean corn dogs are big though sometimes it can lack flavor in the sense that there's a lot of batter or a lot of cheese in some parts. But the hot Cheetos and potatoes are delicious. I just advise you not to forget sauce if you are looking for some extra umph. We've also had the mochi waffle and chicken, which is pretty good, and the furakaki fries. I don't recommend getting the fries to go, since they don't sit well in the box, but I would recommend the staff here to air out the box so the fries don't get soggy. But still nice dish. The boba tea is also excellent. Friends I've come with enjoy the Vietnamese coffees and Thai teas here. The fruit teas are also delicious. I just don't recommend that you get less sweet, since it can taste closer to water than a nice drink. But the boba is always fresh and perfect. I've talked to the owner, Monique, and she is such a kind and genuine person who wants other small businesses to succeed. She opened this shop in honor of her late son, and you can tell how much she loves him. I'm happy to see this small business doing well and hope that it continues to do well. read more

The donuts were pretty good, but the winners were the Korean corn dogs! The sauces they provided wasn't that great, it had a weird aftertaste. I do recommend trying everything though, the only thing I didn't get was their drinks/boba. Arrived around noon and this place was packed. Mostly waiting customers. Beautiful interior with nice decoration and wall art. The menu for the mochi donuts were down. They had a display of the flavors they had. They also had a kiosk by the entrance for self ordering. They have a few tables and chairs and Wi-Fi available. My husband and I ordered 6 out of the 7 flavors that was available. We also got a k-corn dog half cheese and half hot dog with potatoes as the topping and also got a taro milk tea boba. Waited about 20mins for our order. The mochi donuts were about $2.95 per donut and $2.60 in half a dozen. They had their Christmas flavor/ decoration which included: chocolate hazelnut Nutella, Christmas churro, matcha wreath, ugly Xmas sweater cake batter, winter strawberry and eggnog nutmeg. I've had mochi donuts before and I've got to say these are better tasting. The texture is chewy and our donuts were fresh. Some of their flavors were a bit floral tasting which I wasn't a huge fan of but for the most part everything was delicious. The strawberry, matcha and churro and cake batter was a few of my favorites. The taro milk tea boba was on point. The flavor and the boba was nice and soft. The k-corn dog was made fresh to order. Passed the cheese pull test lol nice and crunchy outside. The staff was nice. The donuts, boba and k- corn dog was all very good and definitely better than others I've had. Their Korean corn dogs are pretty good! Better than mochinut. There's a solid cheese pull when you take a bite into it... yuuummmmiiiieee!!! Their kdogs taste better, larger proportion, fresh, actually have a cheese pull... quality overall is better! I'm kind of glad I don't have to go out of town to get a legit kdog now, lol. Unfortunately, they don't put any sauces on it, it's self serve. Imo, it looks messy with the big smart and final bottles of ketchup/mustard/sauces they have out. It also makes the kdog look not as aesthetically pleasing when you have to try to pump the sauces on yourself. Photos talk in this day and age of social media and Yelp. I actually struggled pushing down the mustard handle, lol. I suggest to get some hand held bottles labeled with the sauce on it for easy use... or even - do it for customers. That's how I've had it out of town and you can ask for sauces on the side. We also got some boba drinks, it was okay. Meh. We tried the mochi donuts, they were okay too, but better than mochinut. I actually preferred one that had crumb toppings as it gave the mochi donut a more appetizing texture. I prefer this spot over overall mochinut in Fresno, hands down, any day. Customer service was friendly! It is a family owned business, trying their best. The kdogs came out faster than the mochi donuts as they had a big order of mochi donuts earlier in the day, then they forgot our bobas. I had to go and ask about it. The owner was apologetic and really nice. They're still working out their kinks and I hope in time, they'll be able to get things out in a more timely manner. The freshness of the Mochi donut and frosting and also you can order Korean corn dog anytime you want! And honestly, Mochilicious Korean Corndog was so cheesy and came out fresh and hot! Compared to MochiNut. We ordered: Pumpkin Spice, Ube, Black Sesame, Strawberry, Matcha, and lastly Churro. They were all pretty taste and not overly sweet. What I love about them is that the frosting stays intact on the donut and doesn't crumble and make a huge mess. I really hope Mochilicious continues to keep their frosting and Korean corn dogs fresh! 10/10 would recommend! You must try it!! Upon walking in, I was welcomed by an employee. I think I just missed the rush because only customers inside were myself and a woman who ordered right before me. The inside is small, but they made it happen with the simple furniture they chose. Although the inside is simple, the mural they have up on the wall is beautiful! They have a display case showcasing their current donut flavors they have to offer. The menu also shows the weekly donuts flavors, Korean corndog options, and drink options. I really like that their menu is super easy to read. For $22.86 I was able to get half a dozen donuts and Thai milk tea with boba. This is definitely much reasonable than other locations in the valley. My daughter loved her Thai milk tea with boba. The milk tea wasn't too sweet or watery & the boba was nice and soft but not falling apart or still hard in the middle. The glaze and toppings on the donuts are what I believe white chocolate based. The sesame was too light on black sesame flavor but the actual black sesame on top helped a lot. The ube was very light in ube flavor so the coconut took over. The matcha i think needed more matcha or maybe a different kind of matcha? Idk. I enjoyed all of them regardless! Lol They had my favorite black sesame! This is my all time favorite flavor when visiting mochi donut locations up north and in the LA area. The locations here in the valley unfortunately rarely rotate this flavor back around so I hope to see it more often. It it's definitely a unique flavor. I was super stoked when I found out about this place opening up on my side of town! I finally made it in today to try some of their donuts and a boba. The donuts were so delicious and had the perfect texture of a mochi donut. It was light and chewy on the inside and just a a bit crispy on the outside. We tried the matcha, black sesame, and their seasonal flavor caramel apple. We enjoyed all of them but my personal favorite was the caramel apple. The boba was very tasty as well.
