I ordered for a co-workers retirement party I asked them what flavor they wanted and they said that the carrot cake is absolutely delicious and that's what they wanted and I was able to provide and the bakery was able to accommodate. Some bites you just get the dough. First time having their steam chicken buns and was surprised to see that it was sliced chicken with veggies and a slice boiled egg. This was not it for me. It was like eating a stir fry in a bun. Though this bun was bigger and more portioned than the steam pork buns. This was also my first time trying their Shumai dumplings. The flavor was there. A nice umami flavor. But I was missing the bouncy texture of the meat. And for 4 for 7.00 they were pretty small (compared to the dim sum places). I wasn't initially planning on doing something special, but when I saw the photos, I was blown away. The communication was responsive and clear and Mahtab helped me come up with design ideas.
