Although the FHA buyers offered the full asking price, we relied on the company's expertise due to our distant location. As inspections progressed, numerous repairs were required to meet FHA standards. Unfortunately, Caitlin failed to represent our family's interests, instead requesting additional funds to address the issues. Despite our initial trust, Caitlin proved unresponsive, neglecting calls and updates, which necessitated our repeated follow-ups. A disturbing incident involved the unauthorized entry of the buying agent, buyers and also contractors into the inside property, as captured by our security cameras. When we brought this to Caitlin's attention, she dismissed the incident, citing the agent's inexperience and implying that no action could be taken.
