My roommates and I have been with DFW Rent Houses for the past two years. During this time, Robert and Ronda had been absolutely incredible. As four college students living in an older property, we seemed to have so many issues, such as our washing machine and microwave breaking, just to name a few. In most cases, tenants would have to fill out a service request, wait about 2-3 weeks for a response, and finally get a repair person out after about a month without proper working utilities. But that wasn't the case here. Robert would respond within minutes anytime my roommates or I reached out with an issue. He and Ronda were always willing and eager to assist us and make sure that we were happy. I truly haven't experienced better customer service in my life.
