My…read morefamily was taking a 2 week long vacation over Christmas and New Year's and we needed to find accommodations for my girl Blue, a rescue 4 year old lab with allergies. She's stayed at Sweet Doggies, which is fine, but for 2 weeks, I wanted to find a place that was more like a home and not a boarding establishment. Honestly, I'm not even sure how MDAB showed up on my feed because they are about an hour away from us, but I am so glad it did. We did a meet and greet and right off the bat, you could tell that they love what they do, and that they love the dogs and all animals. The first couple nights, Blue was a bit anxious but Sandra and Joel made her feel comfortable. Also we are able to manage her skin allergies at home, but they flared up while boarding, and they took care of her. I loved being able to watch videos on Instagram. Sandra is also a retired vet tech so you know you the dogs are in good hands. I only wish we weren't so far from each other so we could use them more often!

We did an initial consultation where she met Poppy in our home and took her for a quick walk to get to know her personality. After Poppy spent a full day care day with Evelyn, Poppy was overly enthusiastic each time she was picked up. We've done day care days and overnight stays since! The best part about Coastal Pup Pack is seeing Evelyn's updates at the end of the day where she recaps what they did, how Poppy behaved, and sends multiple pictures! In my case there were two furkids that needed varying care. Why I would return to Freya +'s: + Responsive. I needed day care services and even evening services while I had to attend an all day conference and participate in an evening event for a few days. Freya answered my calls and texts before the care, during the care, and after the care. + Timely. Always showed up on time when I had to rush off to an event + Caring. I judge how my two dogs react when she returned the following day. Dogs do not lie and they were happy to see her return. + Helpful. Often I had to rush in and out of my lodge while I had to attend an event and Freya made sure she could help me exit as smoothly as possible and minimize my dogs' separation anxiety + Senior care experience. I see that Freya was able to care for my senior dog who had more issues than the younger sibling. + Great feedback.
