When I arrived, they told me that they don't work with Yelp or Yelp's partner Grubhub. I tried to file with Yelp for a refund, but neither Yelp or GrubHub was able or willing to help me. I'm not sure, but I do believe that the restaurant was paid for the order and that it was simply not fulfilled. I had to reorder it, and so I paid for it twice. It's a shame, because the food here is excellent.

They act like they're doing a favor by remaking it correctly, not to mention the smug, patronizing attitude I was thrown. Treat your customers better and check that the order is correct before sending us home with it. If a customer has a valid reason to be unhappy with the experience, understand it and treat them nicely. Long, long time customers...not any more. She also wiped down the meat and cheese slicer machine (though that doesn't get rid of gluten, if there is any) and wiped down the counter. She brought out a separate tray and knife to protect the gluten free bread from the counter. The gluten free bread itself was in a little plastic bag (like from a company, and hadn't been opened yet). I really appreciated their procedures to prevent cross contamination, as I feel most restaurants aren't really drilled on it. Some (some, not all) of their sodas are gluten free, since they contain agave instead of gluten and other artificial flavors. There are also gluten free chips available. The gluten free bread didn't actually taste like sponges and tasted pretty okay instead. I got the super sub and it was very good! The service: As mentioned, the employees were incredibly considerate and thoughtful when it came to my gluten allergy. I appreciated it so much, so kudos to the team at Jersey Mikes! The environment: The restaurant is a moderate size, has about 5 or 6 tables, and has 2 bathrooms. It was clean, orderly, and well lit. Final thoughts: The experience went well for me, but if you seriously need to avoid cross contamination, there is still a risk of it (and I think it depends who is working there and how knowledgeable they are of it as well).

This has the best pizzas in town. I have gone to many pizza places in my life but this pizza place 8s better than others. For example the salads are fresh and they aren't like the cheap Costco salads that suck, they acually have fresh flavors. They have so many toppings that I can't even count them plus you can even make your own mini pizzas just for you. I also love orange drinks in glass and I can't find them anywhere but here they do. The place is never to hot and never to cold and pizzas are cooked perfectly and never burnt. Excellent service. Your greeted with a hello when you walk through the door. Line can get long right around lunch time, but definitely worth the wait. Pizzas are amazing, cooked in a brick oven with a nice crispy crust. If your eating healthy they have the best salads in the valley. They only use fresh ingredients and I eat there once or twice a week. read more
