I had a very disappointing experience. When the shape of the line on my eyebrow was thicker than I asked for, I politely said I wanted it narrower. Instead of addressing that, she demanded a $125 consultation fee that was never mentioned beforehand. When I questioned why, she opened the door and rudely told me to leave. I saw Nasim's ad on IG and thought her work looked great. She was having a Mother's Day special and I thought it was the perfect time to finally get my brows done. Booking the appt was easy, she replied with her availability and we set a date, which required a $50 deposit. Once I arrived is when it got odd; my appt was for 1pm and she was not ready for me. While I was waiting in the hallway she applied the numbing cream to my brows, which felt weird having white cream on while people were walking by. I didn't say anything since there was another customer in her chair and figured what else could I do. I waited about 25min before she came back out. When she got started on my brows she pressed on my eyelids very firmly and said this was the only way she could get the job done. It was VERY uncomfortable, but the end results were good initially. Fast forward to my touch up appt. I scheduled with her the same day for 6 weeks out, but unfortunately the day before something came up and I couldn't keep the appt, so I asked to reschedule 24 hours in advance, which is plenty of time. I ask for a Saturday appt since my work weeks are busy and she suggested another week day. When I tell her again the week day doesn't work for me she stops replying to my text! Not sure what the problem is, but the touch up is $100 so why lose out on money? I notice in a couple areas it needs a touch up so this is very disappointing! I'm S.O.L and have to wait for them to fade before going to someone else. This puts me in a bad position where I'm going to have to fill them in until then. Very strange for Nasim to ignore me when we never had an issue. I can't recommend someone like this, sorry. I posted the before and after; I know it doesn't look terrible but up close there are parts missing. read more

I haven't tried microblading yet and I am glad I tried it out. The entire process from the initial appointment and actually getting my eyebrows down was a breeze. I was not sure what to expect during the process, but it was want too painful and I am in love with the end results. It took about an hour for the initial microblading session and about 30 minutes for the retouch. I have so much confidence in Nassim that whatever color she suggested for my eyebrows I would go with. Yelp 100 2018 37/100 Nasim was wonderful. I have always had one eyebrow that was shorter than the other and wanted it fixed finally. My appointment was today and I ended up getting micropigmentation per her recommendation for it to last longer and looks more natural on darker skin. Great; that's what I was looking for. The numbing cream for me didn't work in the middle of my brow and it was an annoying uncomfortable scratchy feeling during parts, but Nasim stopped, numbed again, and kept going. Comfort was of the highest importance. After I was done, i really liked them, but she saw a small difference in the front of one brow (i didn't notice at all) and went back in. I was referred to Nasim by a friend so I thought I could trust her work. I did my brows over a year ago, and there isn't a day when I don't regret it. Not only was she blatantly rude and had a bad attitude at first encounter, she also does a very poor job. I have so many people come tell me, what did you do to your eyebrows? And then say, that's not microblading. She does not know how to draw the proper hair strokes, rather just draws in dots that look like tattoo and are not natural looking. I got my deal from Groupon but unfortunately it wasn't for microblading. Nasim said that I can use it as credit and just add an addl $100 cash towards microblading. I agreed because in total it came out to $215 which wasn't bad. Her location is in a salon and she pointed out theres parking at the back. As I walked in, she prepped me and was trying to make sure I like the shape and agreed on the color for the eyebrows. The anesthesia started to wear off so I did feel some pain towards end. As is I wrote a good recommendations with my eyebrows job, now I am writing my experience with the eyeliner. Thursday 3/28/19 was my retouching, today is Saturday and I am still on pain and my eyelids are still inflamed. I felt an inappropriate service, even I tell Nasim it was pain she didn't stop or she didn't me feel that she'd care about me, I felt she just wanted to finish I felt uncomfortable because she turned on her music in higher volume and when I asked her to tune in relaxing music instead hip hop she decided to turning off.
