Very disappointed. I was late to my appointment, and I understand that timing matters. However, whenever they have been late in the past, I have always waited patiently and never complained. Unfortunately, it felt like the focus was more on getting paid than providing a quality service. My lash lift was only half done, yet I was charged full price. My eyelashes are completely flat and don't even look like a lash lift was done. There wasn't enough glue or product applied, and the results are terrible. If there wasn't enough time to do the service properly, it should have been rescheduled or adjusted. Charging full price for unfinished work is unprofessional and very disappointing. read more

You finally reached out two hours before my appointment telling me you could not move the appointment when I reached out to you within your cancellation policy and you chose to ignore it because "you didnt have your phone on you" --- what a joke. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. ******* I've been trying to reschedule for over a week and a half via text & phone calls. NO RESPONSE. She finally texts me back 2 hours before my appointment that I've been trying to reschedule and tells me she didn't have her phone on her and she cant accommodate me. What kind of professional business doesn't keep their phone on them for almost 2 weeks? And at that can care less to reply to clients? She said she didn't receive my calls or text so I screen shot it and sent it to her. Whats your excuse now? Yeah, no thank you. You clearly don't respect my time or money. I just want to say that I am so thankful that I have found Eva. She has been doing my brows for over 3 years now and they have never looked better. The process definitely took some time and patience but it's proven to be worth it. Yes the service is pricey but you're paying for her knowledge and perfection! I literally cannot believe someone can truly invalidate someone's negative experience like how Sorella Waxing Bar did. Yes, they are a small business but that doesn't give anyone the right to disrespect someone's time and then invalidate their experience. I am fully aware this service was free, but that doesn't mean my time shouldn't be respected as well. I paid a $50 deposit that I would have not received back if I didn't show up or if I cancelled less than 24 hours. I totally understand why this deposit is in place-- it is to respect their time. However, my time was not respected whatsoever and there was such lack of transparency as to why they were running late to begin with. Such a double standard, right? Furthermore, she states on Instagram that I was given an opportunity to come back but I was never given a definite opportunity. I nicely asked if I can back later that day due to my 2 pm obligation, and they straight up said no. They then said "just look up on Instagram for the next opportunity". I literally drove and wasted my gas to wait in a room for 30 minutes because they didn't want to make accommodations after not being transparent. If I were to wait "15 more minutes", that would have been 45 minutes of waiting. Imagine if I came 45 minutes late-- I would have had my deposit taken away from me. Lastly, they were not super apologetic in person. They literally said sorry once and then blamed the assistant for the mistake. I tried to work with them to schedule another time for a mistake they made, and they just plain out say no. How is that being super apologetic? read more

Brow shape & stain by Eva was GREAT! I am so picky about my brows because I am so scared someone will shape them to thin or in a way that just is not following my natural shape! Eva did a great job of doing exactly what I wanted, showed me before she waxed so that I could let her know if I wanted any changes.
