I haven't written a review in ages but this experience was so awful that it warrants one. I booked a brow lamination a few weeks ago and the moment I walked into this place, the vibe was off. I walked in and the girl at the reception desk looked up at me then back down at her phone. No greeting. Nothing. Finally I said "hi I'm Sarah, I have an appointment" and she pointed to a chair indicating I should sit and wait. A few minutes later another lady comes and tells me to sit in a different seat. She didn't introduce herself or ask me any questions. She started aggressively combing my brows and I basically was like "hi, I think you're threading first? please keep my brows as full as possible." She nodded then proceeded to thread off basically my entire eyebrows. Without a word, she then applied a solution to my brows and walked away. Normally, at any type of beauty treatment, the person explains what they are doing eg "ok I'm applying this keratin solution which will stay on for X minutes" -- no. There was nothing. I had no idea what was happening. Eventually the lady stopped touching my face and announced we were done. She gave me a spoolie. I looked in the mirror and was shocked. My brows were threaded into oblivion with an unnatural arch. Nothing else about them was different. Now almost four weeks later my brows are still patchy and look terrible. I paid $90 for the worst threading job of my life and an hour of OFF vibes. read more

I was looking for a place to get my eyebrows threaded while my original threader recovers from her surgery. I'm glad I checked the prices for this salon before booking -- $50 for eyebrow threading? Rip off! I have since found other places nearby with better prices, expertise, and service. Perhaps they should not offer basic threading services if they are charging this much in the valley, and if permanent makeup is their main offering. I've been coming here for, geez, like 7 years now I believe? Back when they were at their other salon! So this review is way over due and definitely worth writing. I am VERY particular with who I choose to do anything to my face, on my face, with my face, you get the picture. I trialed and errored several places before them. They either came out too skinny, too short, or didn't have good shape/arch. Then I found Asia Salon and I've never steered away! I live roughly 2 hours away and for me and my sanity, it's well worth the time. Sure, they're on the higher price range, but you get what you pay for (truly). Besides, getting work done (like lamination in my case), anything can go wrong! So you want to make sure you have a qualified individual that knows what they're doing. I don't mind paying a higher amount to make sure I don't have to pay someone else more money to fix someone else's mess up. I never leave here disappointed with how my brows turn out and I get so many compliments. The staff is also wonderful and they always engage in conversation with me asking how things have been for me, how my kids are etc. I'm not a big talker, but I do enjoy that they ask me things and remember what I have talked about in the past. They really try to act bougie and high end but they do not fall into that category lol Honestly the first time i went i was really happy with the result, it only took 3 more appointments to show their real talent. I don't recommend doing lash lift & tint if you have straight lashes. I went last Thursday and didn't like the results. I just think that for what I spent, it was not worth it. One of the sides looks kind of curled, and the other doesn't. And the tint is barely noticeable. I've been using keratin mascara as recommended and didn't wet them for 48 hrs after. Beware!! If you are 10 min late they will cancel you regardless of how far you are coming from! They will keep your money deposit regardless of how much it was. Whether it was $100 or $300 plus 50 % of the procedure! For me the drive was 3 hours but they couldn't care less. They booked themselves so tight that there is no room for customers service! When you bring that up to their attention they will not only not want to book you again (which is totally fine 100 %) but they will keep your money. I always have a fabulous experience here! The atmosphere, the care, and the work is top tier quality. I've done my brows (threading and lamination,) as well as keratin lash lift here. And let me tell you, I do not trust anyone else with my brow shape anymore! Also, their products are natural so their lash lifts actually helped my thin eyelashes grow after years of wear & tear (by fake and strip lashes.) Picture here is of a threading and tint they did a while ago. I'm in LOVE! Recommend this place to all my friends and family. My girl was going here for 3 years, she had a death in the family last month, so she let them know and they charged her for a No-Show $40, okay no problem, it's a business, but then she booked another appointment and they cancelled same day for the previous 1st time No-Show the month before. You think that someone who's been a great customer for 3 years, paying for overpriced eyebrows $85, tips very well every time, forfeiting $40 for a One time No-Show, would have built a relationship? I went to Asia Salon after finding her on Instagram. I drove out of town and saw some reviews, but I do agree with the others that had a bad experience.. This is my first ever writing a bad review and for paying almost 1k, ($700 + tip) for microblading eyebrows you would expect great, almost perfect work. At first with the tint after my my touch up, i loved them but as they went through their "4-8 week" healing process I noticed all the flaws and they just don't look good and I am finding myself to draw in the uneven pieces. Truly had high expectations and wasn't going to review but I can't help but complain to my boyfriend who finally convinced me to leave my experience.. I added pictures and mind you I am barely 2.5 months, after touch up, and was told healing process would be 4-8 weeks so I guess those will be my final results.. read more

PRO: I got my powder brows done here and it's been holding up okay on my combination skin for a few months now - though they don't look as full as I wanted, even from the start. Nargis did take her time on my brows and seemed to have made sure it was up to her expectations - great effort on her part. CON: At their expensive price range, I don't think their service is worth it - you can find equal to more talented services elsewhere with better prices and people. Expect them to be disingenuous. They asked for my social media to tag me when they post my brow videos but they never tagged me - If you look at their social media they only tag social media influencers. This makes them look super desperate and shallow because they weren't honest about it from the start. The receptionist was very unwelcoming and uninterested in my questions. I had hoped to build a good client relationship with them but they don't appreciate all of their clients, only social media influencers. Keep that in mind. read more

Nargis is the absolute best of the best! She did 2 sessions of lip blush tattoo (one of them being touch up after 8 weeks). My lips were initially very dark and and didn't have too much shape. After the first session there was a HUGE difference. Nargis worked her magic and made the perfect shade to cancel out any previous hyperpigmentation. I came to this salon after running across it on Instagram and I'm so glad I did. The salon is super cute, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. There's only so much that could be done with my lashes seeing that I have straight thin lashes that won't hold a curl . However, I got a lash lift and am extremely happy with my results. My lashes look longer and are definitely lifted. I was also recommended the keratin mascara to help the breakage I have due to using a lash curler . Nargis did such an excellent job on my lash lift that it seriously looks like I have fake lashes on but it's unbelievable that the lift & keratin & tint treatment make my own lashes look so curly & long & full! She said the keratin actually helps them grow too better than latisse. She is so sweet that she follows up to make sure I am taking good care of them so they last long. I have got so many compliments on my new look because of my lashes...they ask me where did i get my lash extensions & are shocked when I say they are my own it's just a lift!
