The items were returned damaged, including excessive shrinkage, missing embellishments, holes, and discoloration. The location has no on-site management and no direct way to reach the owner, which led to repeated attempts to get help and frustration. The matter remains unresolved. The owner has responded to my other reviews attempting to discredit my experience, omitting key facts and adding misinformation, but that does not reflect what occurred.
