I got a serious fungus from model nail .I went back to Angel to fix she cause more damage to my nail . I have no nail on my finger it all ate way . I do not know what she and her mom did to cause this .unless they used infected nail polish and gel . My finger hurt. Do not use. read more

Horrible service took 30 minutes to remove nail polish couldn't even get nail polish put on cuz it took over an hour for her to do my fill in and still got charged $25!!! will never be back read more

I went in to have my acrylics removed. It was painful! And I know that the way the nails were removed were wrong. The nails were basically ripped off. Now I have a painful nail bed still and it's been a week. Also, once I sat down to have work done, I noticed that there was dust EVERYWHERE, and the smoke alarm kept beeping throughout the time. Will not be going there again. read more

Ok broke down and tried somewhere new. Is there not a nail salon in this area that understands how customer service works? I tried this place and though the woman spoke very good English, I didn't think she understood any of it. I can live with that if you treat me with respect,she was ok there, but that is where it ended!She turned my cuticles into ground meat!!! Everyone of them is inflamed and several actuality bled. Then to top things off she just couldn't grasp how I wanted my nails painted! The icing on the cake it that her thumb nail had fungus!!! Another had to give 1 star, when in fact it really deserves none!!! read more

How are you charging people 50 dollars to just polish nails and toes oh I forgot they clipped them also big ASS RIP OFF will never go back I asked for a pedicure and my nails polished the sigh says 35 for pedicure and 15 to polish nails then when I said she didn't do a pedicure all she did was polish them she going to say oh sometimes she don't hear well but she heard me because of how she charge mea bunch of BULL SHIT DON'T GO THERE read more

i've never been to a nail salon where the manicurist touches the floor with gloves then proceeds to touch my arms and feet. i've also never been to a nail salon where the gel is left dripping and not fixed up. the morning after i came in to model nails, my toes were red, swollen and had puss coming out of them. not once have i ever gotten an infection from another salon. i'm very disappointed in my experience. they also told me one price on the phone and then charged differently after my appointment. ridiculous. read more

I was not given a service menu or offered "types of pedicures" so I'm not sure if there is more than one service available. I asked if there was guest WiFi, he said no. I was only getting one bar 5G (practically no service). The reasoning behind it was "it's the same WiFi used for our payment system and we don't want hackers.". He asked if I had AT&t and said that is the reason I don't have good service here so I was unable to use internet. The building felt like there was no air circulation and it was hot. Mind you, outside was 87 degrees. The pedicure was honestly trash, he only did my feet, literally. He never touched my calves or shins.. and no massage. When he did the exfoliation, salt scrub, he only did the top of my foot. Which was pretty confusing. When he did the lotion he only rubbed it into the top of my feet and ankles. Again, never getting my shins or calves. The building was clean and beautiful. They offer bottle water but it's $1 each. No price menu posted anywhere. NOT WORTH IT.

She moved me to a different spot then started servicing a different customer. After 20min soak off, I told her my finger went NUMB due to the coldness of the Acetone, and asked to get filed off the rest. She told me she WILL NOT do that because she won't go back and forth with her current customer. I then asked for another tech to help out. She got ANNOYED and started speaking in her primary language to have someone else come file for me. Then they leave me waiting for ANOTHER HOUR just because they chose to service other people behind me AND keep on PASSING me on also JUDY. So I came and waited 2hours and 30 minutes just for a 2-minute nail fix.

Then, I got another text on Saturday at 1:10 pm saying "Linda is free now, can u come in early" so I was there at 1:40 and she started my pedi immediately. The salon is very cozy with 2 chairs for pedicures and 3 nail stations for manicures. There were 2 ladies and a man working there. Linda was amazing. She listened to my requests and did what I asked for. She was also very gentle and her massages were worth every penny. The chair massage was very good too. 1.5 hour and $93 ($3 credit card fee) later, I was on my way. Traveling the country, I've had better and worse pedis and manis... this nail shop's customer service and gel mani/pedi price deserve the 5 stars. I don't think I'll be back to this area any time soon, but highly recommend this nail salon.
