recently visited for a manicure and pedicure, and I found the experience to be just okay. Unfortunately, the pedicure was quite disappointing. I tried to communicate my concerns to the technician, but there was a language barrier as she didn't speak English. I spoke to another staff member who understood some English, but it seems that my feedback didn't get relayed to the technician, as my issues weren't addressed. One of the main things I look forward to during a pedicure is the massage, but I received very little of that this time. While I can paint my own toenails, I really enjoy the relaxation that comes with a good rub. Instead of a soothing experience, I felt dismissed when the technician laughed at my comments. came in asking for full set with a simple design, lady could not do it correctly so i asked for a simple french tip which she could also not understand how to do, a second lady came to my station to do the french tip and also completed it badly. my nail shape was inconsistent between nails, the polish was messy and i had to correct her multiple times as she was doing my nails, but they still turned out badly. there are weird air bubbles in the polish and the nails are not smooth at all. the nails are lumpy and just overall look messy. my mom got a pedicure and she was satisfied , and she said her nail tech was good, but between the two who worked on mine neither of them could do the simple thing i asked for. read more

This place does a great job and is clean. There is a guy there, I am horrible at names, he does my nails and I am always happy.

So I just left there and I'm completely unhappy with the shape of my nails. I wanted rounded corners and straight tips. I told the guy they weren't even on the corners and he than told me I was looking at them wrong. Some of them are rounded and some are square. I wouldn't recommend at all, I made an appointment prior to being there, and requested a manicure and a full set of acrylic nails. When I came in they ignored my request for a manicure, and did a horrific job on my acrylic nails. The lady that I got was very rude, and didn't give me the style of nails that I wanted were the color. When I asked her if I could have my money back, she told me I couldn't. Then when I asked her if she would redo my nails, she told me that she would do them exactly the same. Completely unprofessional, and lacked the ability to do an acrylic set. read more
