I go to the regal nails in Bashford mall I am always very pleased with their work. I see either the manager Mary or Lisa and I'll tell you I could not see myself going anywhere else for my nails to be done. They're amazing. I've added a picture with the manager did to my nails today and I absolutely are speechless. I can't imagine I love them so much thanks ladies for doing such an amazing job. Me and my cousin went and we looked at the prices on the board that was posted. We both got pedicures and the price that was posted on the board was $35 for the basic. When we are done with our pedicures we go to pay and my pedicure was marked up to $55. I got gel nail polish but to my knowledge that should have only been a $10 mark up not $20. I don't know what the reason was for the mark up and they didn't tell us as my cousins cost was also $20 over the normal price. read more

Ok nail salon. $20-25 for a full acrylic set depending on length. Been three times so far and I think I'm gonna look for another place. Earlier today I went and when he was done with the acrylic I asked him to make him the acrylic a little thicker because I could still bend the tips of the nail. He told me it was still wet and it would harden. I said ok fine, even though I know better. He had already filed and shaped them and i had washed my hands and they were still bending. Needless to say it's 2 hours later and they are still bending because he didn't put enough acrylic on them even though he charged me the extra $5 because I got them longer. So I would recommend for a basic mani but not really anything else. read more

This place is a joke!! I had been getting my nails done at regal nail at differnt locations for YEARS!! Moved.out to fern creek starting coming here. I always feel as if I am putting them out or making them do something they don't wanna do and I'm only getting nails!! Always tip at the very least $5... Today is the 2nd time ive had to wait and they helped other people ahead of me who got there after me... 1st time it happened I said something and they proceeded to tell me other lady had been there when I watched her walk in!! I waited 30.mins only to have 2 other ladies pulled in front of me today!! Even one them asked me "do you think they forgot you"?? I don't know what their deal is but They just lost a customer who tips well and keeps her nails done!! I wouldn't send ANY ONE here!!! read more

The salon has an issue of taking customers in front of others I've been waiting for 20 minutes a lady just walked in and she's being waited on i asked her did she have an appointment she said no. I feel that the value for the services you receive here are great! I was at Wal-Mart just passing time and thought I would try this salon out. I previously had acrylics put on at another salon and really didn't like the look of them. I asked for the acrylics to be taken off and to have gel shellac put on in their place. I found out that they had regular polish in the same shade and had it placed on my toes. The team was quick but paid attention to detail and did a good job. They did get super busy though, so I would call ahead in the future! I have been to other regal nails places before and received a loyalty/punch card but did not get one here, which would be nice to get! read more

First time I was here ; I came to fix a horrible mess from another nail salon . I came here the nail artist and the staff were amazing. The artist had taken of the nails and did a brand new full set on top of that when he took of my nails him and his girlfriend were asking if I was okay if there was anything else they could do . They were very considerate on how I felt. The end of the day my nails were a work of art ,love the place and the staffing . I was a "walk-in" appointment and was helped immediately by Q. I requested a new set and gel polish. Q was very quick and proficient. Upon finishing, I thought Q did an awesome job with my nails (shape of, smooth, consistent). However, once I got home I noticed my left hand nails dried a matt finish while the right hand nails were glossy. Not a big deal, I just painted a clear coat on both so they matched and everything was fine. After 10 days, I started to experience problems, major problems. Day 10, 2 nails popped off and I noticed 4 others were raising off from the bottom of my nails. I tried nail glue but it didn't work. By Day 14, I had 3 nails still on my hand & 2 of those were raising off to mid-nail bed. I do not work with my hands, not at all as I'm currently "disabled" (awaiting surgery). I gave 2 stars only because customer service and initial work was great, it just bottomed out & QUICK! Needless to say, I didn't return. Pros: I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Q, who also did my nails; he was very nice, engaging to talk with, professional but friendly, shaped my nails great for my hands; fortunately I arrived at a good/slow time & was helped immediately; everything was very clean & tidy, well organized Cons: technical issues with nails popping off & finish of polish; also noticed while I was there 3 techs had to share a tube of glue, comments made that it was almost out & no one seemed to care; conversations with others customers arriving after me was very short, direct & somewhat "snappy" (not at all how I was greeted); waiting area is small & somewhat dark; prices were higher than my "usual" place read more

Definatly would not even rate this salon with even one star. Showed them a picture of a simple nail design on 2 fingers and leaving the remainer nails a plain color. When he had attempted to do the nail design it looked horrible and I immediately asked for it to be taken off. He had painted my nails a flat black and they instantly bubbled up and I had told him I wanted the color to be polished because it obviously looked terrible! Then instead of removing the bubbled polish he just PAINTED OVER them instead of removing the horrible polish and starting over. I have tried to give this salon the benefit of the doubt too many times. I would never recomend this salon to anyone and this was the last straw for me. I will never be back and they are welcome for my generous tips that weren't deserved. read more

This salon is located inside fern creek Walmart. I love it because my gel shellac polish always stay on for at least 2 weeks. The pedicure is wonderful too.
