What continues to amaze me is not only their talent with these big jobs, but a few times I have called for single bouquets that mimic the work they did at both my sister's wedding and my mom's funeral. I have never been satisfied with calling an FDA florist and ordering flowers because they always send the cheapest looking arrangement. The arrangement never looks like what they advertise and yet it cost a lot of money to send flowers! I always have the person who receives the flowers send me a picture of them. My sister lives in Oconomowoc and I wanted to send her a bouquet of roses for her 70th birthday. I wanted to find a florist who would pay attention to my request and send a beautiful bouquet for the price I was paying and not send crummy cheap looking arrangement. Rather than call an 800 FDA florist I decided to do a little research and call DIRECT a local florist in my sisters area. I found Modern Blooms in Oconomowoc. the owner answered the phone her name is, Kristy. I explained to, Kristy my past experiences with other florists paying a sizeable amount for flowers and they send a cheap crummy arrangement. Explained to her that I wanted an impressive arrangement. The bouquet was incredible! It was so beautiful it made my sister cry when she received them. She said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received! Kristy was kind on the phone.
