The grout it uneven some thicker than other. The baseboard are just not finished looking .The project took a lot longer than he said it would . They didn't put all the bases under the cabinets back on .And one tile sounds like there is absolutely nothing under it sounds so loud when something touches that tile . It definitely sucks because we saved up a lot of money to do our floors. I really hope you can get some years out of our floor. Work was done may 2025 and it definitely shows after time the work and I just noticed the tile that is missing under. I had camera set up in my house. And we stayed at my mom's house for about three weeks in Beaumont so that is a complete lie. I had a newborn baby and toddlers so there is no way we would have had my kids here with all that dust and chemicals with a new born . We were never home. We gave them the code to be coming in and out every single day. I should've said something the day that they were finished so they could fix it. .I personally did not get to speak to them when they finished. Because they were gone before we returned home. I'm the type of person that does not like to be nitpicky or say anything as I do not like confrontation, but I definitely should've spoke up the project just took way longer than was sad and we just really wanted to be back home .when I find things to this day, I definitely have to say something because it was a lot of money for materials and labor to not speak up. This business is so unprofessional nobody is going to inspect every single piece of tile right away , I'm not bashing anybody when this is the work I was left with that I noticed more and more along the way . This work is what got the review nobody is setting out to destroy a business . Regardless I would not have wanted you guys to get back in their and rip everything out to start over because this grout sizes is not the size I wanted I was very specific and was not given that size I wanted I have video of the grout spacer hardly being used and the floor never checked with a leveler once !. Ralph and Rita to the rescue once again…read more My (only) six-year-old water heater's pilot went out. In the old days, I would run down to Lowe's and pick up a thermocouple and install it myself but I was brought up to speed by Helping Hand when they informed me that my water heater model required a different kind of part, a "thermopile" that must be ordered out of state. After waiting two days, the part came in, Ralph and Rita came out and.....the part was still unable to resolve the issue due to a low voltage reading. This meant that I would have to keep ordering other associated parts until the problem would be resolved. Ralph also discovered a separated baffle which should have been attached at the top of the tank, resting at the bottom of the tank, with no way to reattach it, which really was "baffling". He kindly suggested the possibility of having an entirely new tank installed, one where if parts were to fail, he would have access to replacing them locally. As it was suggested, so it was accomplished. They were kind enough to go out and obtain a new water heater and accessories that same day, diligently working into the evening after a long arduous day from other jobs prior to mine, until the install was fully finished. Once again, it was a friendly and professional experience with efficient, thorough and desired results from start to finish.
