If there were 10 stars i would have gone for a 10 star raring. I had an amazing and awesome experience with Team All Star Construction - Larry and Geremy. I had the unfortunate experience of falling into a trap of a cheap quote to do my roof by fly by night operators from outside home depot. To my horror they ripped open my roof exposing my house to the bones, suddenly realized that my roof was way more complicated than they expected (with old wooden structure underneath the shingles) and they just took off and disappeared, of course along with my advance money too. I was all in a state of panic due to my open roof and frantically reached out to google to google roofers. Up came Team All Star - i made a call late evening and pleaded it was urgent. From there on that was the best call i have ever made in my life for an all purpose contractor. Larry returned my call almost instantaneously after reading the urgent message. I explained to Larry what had happened and since this was the fist time i was ever doing a roof was in a state of panic. Larry was calm and told me that from there on it was his problem and assured me nothing would happen to my house. From there on it was an amazing experience - Larry showed up first thing next morning and had already used satellite technology to map out my roof and had a quote ready all inclusive. He took time in explaining the process and timelines all the while assuring me that he would take care of the problem. From there, Larry's project manager Geremy took over and the work went as explained on the timelines explained and as assured my house was well taken care of. Geremy supervised the whole show - organized the demo team who were extremely courteous, professional and amazing. They demo'd my roof and then cleaned my place cleaner than it was even before they started taking care of all the trash left behind by the previous rogues. From there the material was delivered, crews showed up and completed the work in record time under a week. Since this was the first time i was doing a roof and with my house exposed, i was in a state of panic and texted Geremy and Larry many times. I was amazed at the courtesy, care and prompt response from both of them always re-assuring me and putting me at ease at every moment all the while understanding that i was a concerned home owner. They responded professionally to every text and ensured Geremy dropped over the next day to ensure all was on track. My roof is now complete in record time and it is an amazing job so well done that my neighbors have been commenting that the house looks like new. Team all star has won my confidence and any business i may ever have for life. I strongly recommend Larry and Geremy and you will not ever regret selecting them for your work. WHAT AN "AWESOME" COMPANY TO LUCK UPON!! Working with Larry and Geremy and the Team All Star pros to resolve my seriously deteriorated roof's condition was an amazing experience in what TRUE professionalism offered by a business is supposed to be like!!!! Though they are based in Redlands, Ca, they had no problem coming all the way to Victorville in the High Desert to handle doing a new roof on my house. First off, Larry is the most fantastically knowledgeable, down-to-earth, understanding guy you could ever imagine. He takes into account the realities of life that can occur in everyone's unique situation. He has decades of experience in the roofing industry. He takes a very realistic and PERSONAL approach in assessing and evaluating your individual situation in order to offer various options of the best way to proceed project-wise and finance-wise. That approach in dealing with customers is a RARE asset in human nature while doing business nowadays!! Most are just "Gimme da money, bam, bam, thank you ma'am, goodbye"!! LOL Larry is TOTALLY the opposite!! Other roofing companies took a day or so to get back to me. Larry reached out to me within "15 minutes" and we got the ball rolling on a review and assessment of what was needed roofing-wise, the best and most comfortable financing for the project, and we were set to move forward. He has incredibly efficient technology and resources at his disposal!! (By the way, the other two roofing companies who finally called back, were totally inflexible finance-wise or wanted money upfront, and had no empathy or concerns whatsoever regarding my personal circumstances in trying to resolve the roof issues.) Again, Larry was TOTALLY the opposite!! Geremy, the project manager, had the guys on site at the time agreed and finally the roofing was completed and was beautifully upgraded and restored. I called team all star construction for an estimate on a tile roof,pretty much hired them on the spot after talking to Larry the owner.The job was started, the demo guys were done in 1 day and cleaned up at the end of the job then delivery of plywood and materials and these guys were professional and courteous, finally the roofers came by and these guys are true professionals at their trade.Geremy the main foreman was very informative and any concerns or questions were answered promptly along with all my requests as the job progressed.Finally the job was done and Larry was quick to send me the warranty on my new Boral tile roof.We also agreed on a price for a paint job on my house,the painters were top notch and honest I had some damaged wood and these guys stopped the job to notify me about the bad wood,and proceeded to change all of the bad wood.Larry the owner knows how to pick people that only do quality work and have integrity, I have dealt with contractors who just care about quoting and not delivering what they promise,this company from top to the workers took pride in their work,I am grateful to all the people involved on my roof and paint job,this review doesn't do justice to all these workers who went above and beyond their work and most importantly my requests as each job progressed. What a find. I went on the BBB web site and found this company. First I made a request on the site for purchase and install of quartz counter tops. I received a call from one company and they had me send a picture of my counter and they gave me a quote l without coming to my house. I received another call from Team All Star Construction. They also ask for a picture but the Larry made an appointment to come to my home and took measurements then he gave me the quote which I was pleased with. When the workers came to install the counters I was very pleased. Number one they covered my furniture and floors. They took the time to remove the old tile and installed the new quartz counter. They worked without stopping and cleaned up after themselves. You couldn't tell they did any work it was so clean. Oh, did I forget to mention the Counters look great. I am so happy with their work. We took on the monumental task of upgrading our kitchen. We made an appointment with Larry and everything went smooth as silk. He saw our vision of a new and modern kitchen and even contributed design suggestions (I must admit turned out to be wildly successful). I was fortunate enough to come across Team Allstar Constructions information on a finance co. list of approved contractors. I have a very old house in San Jacinto with a roof that should have been replaced 5 years ago. Larry came out to have a look and meet with me to see if we would get along. I was immediately impressed with his directness and honesty. We agreed on what the solution was and began moving forward with the project. We had Anthony come out and do five different projects in one job. He did some tricky conduit for wiring two TVs, replaced a hose bib, fixed a tub stopper, and adjusted our refrigerator so it would fit within our current cabinet package. He was incredibly courteous and clean. He was extremely determined to do all five jobs 100% as discussed even when he ran into issues that required him to come back an additional day. He still stuck to the price he quoted us. He was lovely to have in our home.
