He was absolutely miserable and I called a few places and the third call was the charm! First place was going to charge almost $500 and the second one wouldn't take us because they were afraid they'd get sick (understandably so). This was his first time getting an IV Drip and Claire was his nurse. She was incredibly warm and welcoming and could see my husband was exhausted. She made the whole experience comfortable and we were out within an hour and a half. It cost $225 to get him two doses of anti nausea and a liter of their Myers cocktail. He didn't feel the relief immediately but it helped significantly and he regrets not getting a second liter. It absolutely helped turn everything in the right direction, either way. After three days of being in bed, this is what got him moving again. Can't recommend this place enough for low energy, upset stomach, mood swings, and so on. The office itself was also clean and inviting with some retail. They are a full MedSpa and offer laser facials as well as laser hair removal, skin tightening, and so on. Unfortunately, my experience was completely ruined by an administrative and billing oversight that ended up costing me significantly out of pocket. Prior to my first visit, I confirmed with both my insurance and this office that they were in-network. I obtained a referral from my primary care doctor and presented it to the front desk at my first appointment. They accepted the paperwork without question and proceeded with my treatment. It wasn't until after my second visit--and after having my primary doctor redo and resubmit the referral--that I learned the initial paperwork accepted by the front desk was invalid. Despite making numerous attempts to resolve this with billing, filing an appeal with my insurance, and escalating the issue directly to the practice manager, the office refused to take responsibility. My insurance company confirmed that the practice should never have accepted improper documentation or proceeded without valid authorization. Because of their front-desk mistake, both of my visits were processed out-of-network, leaving me stuck with a very expensive bill. It is incredibly disappointing that practice management wouldn't own up to an administrative error made by their own staff. While the medical care is good, the lack of billing integrity and customer accountability makes it hard to recommend this practice. Protect your wallet and double-check everything yourself if you choose to go here.
