He was to get out a few small stains on the back and instead looks like he bleached and scrubbed the entire bag, removed the colour, wore the suede and leather on the bottom right out. He might be good with rugs but he is not the guy for purses, don't risk it. I've attached before and after so you can see the absolute ridiculous work he did.
