In response to my call, Murphy made an appointment with me to come over and diagnose the problem, ordered a new motor and when it arrived, both Murphy and Scott installed the new motor. I bought a bed from Buy & Save, but postponed picking it up until I could borrow a truck. Two days…read morelater, a friend gave me a bed, so I phoned B&S to ask if I could cancel the transaction. They then informed me that they would charge me a 20% fee. This policy was not stated at the time of purchase, is not posted any where in the store, nor printed on my receipt. It cost me $140 and they would not even negotiate that. In fact the old woman was downright RUDE! The bed was never moved in their store and it didn't inconvienence them in anyway. I will NEVER step foot in this store again! They have terrible customer service!

I recently purchased a chair and when it wouldn't fit in my car the owner and a staff member immediately loaded it into their SUV and drove it to my home. Now that's service!
