They were there before we moved in dropping posts, and then again the day we moved in and had the fence done by that evening. The fence looked amazing and is strong and sturdy. Then, two months ago in April 2014 a storm came through and messed up the gate and the hardware that was keeping the lock in place in the ground. It stripped out some of the wood and made it to where it wouldn't lock. I put some logs down to keep it from swinging and just assumed that I was going to have to go to Lowes and repair this thing. But, before I did, I gave John a call last week at Privacy Fence to see if there was a warranty or anything. John was awesome. He said that there wasn't a warranty at this point, but he knew exactly what happened and said that since he was coming out my way this week, he would come by and take a look. He showed up today with Steve and they reinforced the gate, screwed some new holes and dropped the bar back in the ground. Easy. No charge. It's the kind of service that you just don't get anymore these days. It blew my mind. These guys are really nice, they build quality fences at a great price, and they stand by what they do. You really can't ask for a better deal. If you need a fence done in NWA, these guys need to be at the top of your list.

The workers were very responsive to our requests and definitely got a workout, as we live on a steep hillside at the lake. The project turned out better than expected. My mulch bed looked great at first! Key word "at first" after about a month I noticed that the…read moresheet that goes under the mulch was folding up which was fine I just kind of brushed it off but there wasn't enough mulch layed down to cover the spots where it was folding up so they did not lay down a sufficient amount of mulch. Over time as summer came I noticed A LOT of weeds coming through the bed. They would pop up and I would spray weed killer on them and they would come right back, for clarification I got this mulch bed done in February/March. Two of my trees that they planted are also dying even though they have been watered multiple times since I got them. I'm assuming that they didn't take measures to keep the weed barrier in place. I payed thousands of dollars to get this done and it went down the drain and now I will have to pay another company to fix whatever they did.
