My appointment was for a VIP massage with their Milbon products. it was a two hour treatment that started with an assessment of my scalp the best procedure to move forward with as far as products and then a scalp massage and of course multiple hair washes. I was 100% satisfied and can tell you I was not disappointed. It's a very relaxing experience very spa in atmosphere and my technician Christen was exceptional. There are three different treatments you can pick from but I highly recommend the VIP. It was $250 and worth every penny the salon is conveniently located off Illinois Road in Fort Wayne. I went my first time about a month ago and I was a bit skeptical because I do not trust ANYONE with my hair. For years I have done my own hair and decided to go to a salon that eventually ended up ruining my hair and came here for the big fix! I was able to get in quickly and saw Bre Burkey. She color corrected my hair and was able to treat it so that the dry damaged hair would look just as good as it did before! She was patient with me in deciding the hair color I wanted. I went black last month and just yesterday after 7 hours of long hard work and patience, she was able to give me fabulous blonde highlights after ONE color removal! It looks beautiful, feels soft with little to no damage (despite the fact I bleach bleach bleach my hair) she is INCREDIBLE! I ended up tipping her $40 for such a fabulous job. She brought my confidence up and I definitely enjoy the entire atmosphere of this hair salon. Accidents happen where you make a mistake on your hair but all of the staff here made me feel in good hands after my mistake. They didn't make me feel like I was being judged. I see how they work around me and other clients. They're great. I will definitely be coming back. My friend and I like to drink and have a good time. So I did some research and called various spas in town, not wanting to go some place that wasn't clean and professional and a true spa experience, not wanting to spend a fortune, and knowing it also had to be some place that miraculously had openings less than eight hours later. A co-worker mentioned Southwest Hair & Day Spa because his friend is a masseuse here. I called and they were able to squeeze us in at a perfect time. The outside may look like a pink house, but the inside is large and decorated in kind of a mix of traditional and contemporary decor. The ladies all seemed very friendly and they offer everything from hair to massages to nail services to skin care. They have tons of products for sale as well. I had a pedicure (my first ever) with Joelle (who is a sweetheart) and it was spectacular! They take you into a private room, put you in a massage chair, then put your feet in a warm water massaging jet tub thing, then she did everything to make my feet soft and pretty. It is a relaxing, fun experience! My friend had a manicure and said it was wonderful as well. They also gave us goodie bags loaded with coupons! They have been in business 12 years and were super busy while we were there, so I imagine everything they do is great. They were so nice and welcoming and I can't wait to go back!

However a voucher of $25 for first time customers was used and the bill was $115. One of the main objectives was to cover my grey roots. This did NOT happen!
