I was semi happy with the results at the moment but also disappointed that it was only 2 peices and ended up in 2 huge sections with the dark in the middle. Think craolla devil look or a skunk with blonde stripes. Total $170 with not tip, after tip was about $205. That was no full blow dry, no style, no cut...nothing but the highlights and semi dry. Tip is not accepted on card only cash or venmo type apps. Anyhow, I leave, go home and a few days later my hair is very yellow and not blended at all. It looked terrible.. like I said yellow skunk. So a few more days go by and I am doing laundry. I notice the jumper I was wearing has a huge stain on it where all of my back felt wet. I thought, maybe this will wash out...it did not! It was dyed and I have bleach marks all over my outfit. I ended up having to go somewhere else and spend another couple hundred to get my hair fixed ( I showed the same inspo pic) and I have an outfit ruined by the hairdye. I will not be returning and I would not recommend going here. I'm giving a 2 because of the carpi sun, otherwise it would be a 1.

DO NOT come here if you are a guy who spends money on your hair. Seriously. These people royally…read morescrewed up my hair and had zero self-awareness or common sense to just look at it and see that. I have a simple haircut that works for the shape of my head and deals with my cowlicks for years. I explained this in the consult and showed photo references several times to the hairstylist, and I should have recognised this pattern early because I told her I had just washed my hair like 2 hours prior so I don't need to do that again, and after the cape goes on she has me go over there and does it anyway. Zero listening or comprehension skills. Another creative way to describe the disaster is, it looks like I came in with vastly unrealistic expectations based on photo references that don't match the shape of my head - except all the photo references ARE OF MY OWN PAST HAIRCUTS DONE ON MY OWN HEAD. I opened with an ask for a trim and came out of this place looking like a drug addict from a trailer park. I'm too self-conscious and judgemental to tell in the salon (and what am I gonna do anyway, have them glue my messed up hair back on?) not to mention conflict-averse because at this point I've acquired serious anxiety with hairdressers from how many times I've had someone mess it up. To be specific, I had basic layering/tapering maintained here and my length was just getting a bit too heavy. I also have a previous haircut disaster that I'm trying to fix from when my last hairstylist insisted on cutting this godawful V-shaped taper in the back of my neck that destroyed my natural hairline - I made the hairstylist aware of this. She didn't do anything to it at all and it still is sticking out looking lazy and unkempt just as it did when I walked in. Is a hairdresser not able to comprehend the nuance of "hey the last person messed this up, but I don't want it to be sticking out either so just try to handle it to get it back to where it should be?" Whatever layering I had has been obliterated. I lost no hair on the back of my head and a ton off the top of my head, utterly destroying the sense of balance my hair created for my large cranium. The huge chunk of hair she hacked out of the front left side of my head makes it look like my hair is falling out! It looks God awful, I am horrified and ashamed to go outside because of what these people did to my hair. THIS IS ONE OF THOSE BUSINESSES THAT DO NOT RUN ON COMPETENCE OR COMMON SENSE. Avoid it like the Black Plague. I can throw $50 down the drain but I can't get my hair back to where it was. If I can't find a better place then I'm literally going to have to fly around the world to pay $20 to the random guy in Indonesia who did a good job six months ago. EDIT: The response to this review is more proof than the haircut that everything I said about this place is accurate and then some. FWIW, they did leave a voicemail and tried to ask if I could come back in so they could "fix it", which is not how haircuts work. No mention of refunds for the damage, no coupon, and no apology, so to think that was done in good faith is not reasonable. As for the personal attacks towards me running for federal office, yes, I ran precisely because there are too many people with money & power who are vicious, lying cowards and understood that Congress would be an excellent place to put that kind of thing out to pasture. So I walked into a pretty cool little chill spot. You had the tv on ESPN and a little drink station. I spoke with you receptionist ands she told me it was a short wait and to feel free to grad a nice leather lounger and a handful of peanuts and she would be with me soon. It wasn't really that crowded and the wait was just long enough for me to want to watch more sport center as my name was called and I was escorted back like I was a rock star. When I sat in the chair I was shocked to see you installed TVs in the booths so I could continue my sports center as the person chopped on my head. She gave me a great cut then brought in a hot towel for my face as she washed my hair with tea tree shampoo. Way to go with that tea tree, it feels amazing as she messaged my scalp while the towel felt great on my face. I felt like Mcjagger. After what felt like the best shampoo of my life she then broke out the razor and started trimming up my beard. This must be what it feels like to be in commercials having someone make you pretty.
