She always a does a great job and leaves my dresses perfect to the right length, adds cups for dresses, and adjusts the sides to fit better. I've gotten major and minor alterations done and have not had any issue with her. She does get busy so make sure to get in at least 2 weeks prior your event and have it ready 2 days before in case anything else needs fixing. I had a problem where I picked up my dress I needed for the next day and the cups put in the dress were way too high. I wasn't able to try it on when it was ready since I couldn't go in person to pick it up personally and had someone else go for it. And it was very late in the day by the time it was ready around 5-6pm. I called the next morning since I needed my dress for a photoshoot that same day. Maria the seamstress wasn't there as she doesn't come in till later in the day. But since it was a quick fix, the other lady that works there was able to move them down for me and had it ready fairly quickly and it fit perfect after. All the staff there is professional and helpful. Numerous dresses done and no complaints so far! I would recommend them since they are reliable and fix any issue that may come up. Get your alterations done ahead of time so you have some time to fix anything if needed.

The back of Park & Laundry is an inclined ramp. Absolutely not safe for wheelbound persons or anyone with balance circumstances. Complimentary WIFI for current customers. Bathroom. I brought 2 dresses in recently to have the elastic replaced in the sleeves. When I picked the items up, and after paying more than $100 (certainly not true to their "value" name) for 2 simple alterations and a blouse, I realized one of the dresses hadn't been fixed at all. The sleeves were left exactly as I brought them in. The other dress looked like a child had sewn the elastic and basically ruined the dress. And still I paid $107. What's worse is that when I first brought the items back to show them the problem, the owner John wasn't there. So I was instructed to call back in the morning. When I did, rather than apologizing for the confusion--especially since they couldn't even find record of my alteration at all--John proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do and argue whether there was any issue at all. The whole situation is unacceptable. I will absolutely not be going back here and warn anyone from going here. Your clothes will be ruined and you'll be treated like garbage. Buyer beware!

Cons: The increase for the use of dryers is high. Fifty cents for the first seven minutes and thereafter fifty cents for three additional minutes. Previously, $.25 for seven minutes w/o any decreased time for additional time payed. This assures you don't leave for any extended time. You may not use the dryers unless you've used the washing machines. Some regular patrons are rather "possessive" about certain dryers, "reserving them" even if they're not yet ready to use them. The small sink that used to be available for rinsing or washing your hands has been removed. This leaves only the tiny bathroom sink to rinse out detergent, softener or spot remover from the bottles or to wash your hands, inconvenient. Staff and most patrons are nice. I would suggest avoiding peak use hours for best experience.
