The first time I called, I was told the girl that I always saw, Jen, no longer worked there and they did not have someone new just yet. I asked if these sessions expired and was assured, they did not. I called back 2 months later to reschedule and was able to make an appointment, but the office manager called me back the next day telling me they needed to reschedule. Because the new time didn't work with my schedule, I said I would have to call back when I had more availability. I called the Clark office in February of 2026 to schedule the laser hair removal appointment, using a session for a package I had paid a significant amount of money for and was told they no longer do laser hair removal in their office. I was told I would have to call NY Bariatric Group. I asked the office manager for an e-mail of my records. She told me NY Bariatric Group "took their computers" so they didn't have access to any of my information. This was bizarre and quite honestly, unsettling. I spent thousands of dollars at the office between fat burning sessions, hydra facials, and full body laser hair removal and they had no record of that? I called NY Bariatric and told them that Nihalani basically told me this was their issue to fix and they had no idea what I was talking about. At this point, I am going back and forth between Nihalani and NY Bariatric Group, trying to get someone to refund me the money owed, for the sessions I lost. No one has helped me. The Nihalani office manager instead offered me to come in for Cool Sculpting and told me she was trying to help me. I want to say, Nicole, who worked at the front desk, and Jen, who used to do the laser hair removal were absolute sweethearts. They were so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The office in Clark is clean and I was always happy with the services I purchased. This is not meant to bash a company, but rather get someone's attention to listen to me as a customer and give me back what I deserve, which is a large chunk of money. (knee brace...funny I can get one off the shelf on CVS) I contact them again today, Friday, to find out they did not even contact the insurance company yet....I explained how I can not start PT without the knee brace and how they wasted the whole week...thats when Vicky hung up on me....I called back because i would think we were disconnected whereas I dont think she would have hung up on a patient..and the office manger....who would not give me here name stated I hung up on Vicky...really...why would I? Now I am at Kessler and it's awesome it's personalized and not a lot of people. Harley is awesome at the front desk friendly efficient and always greeting everyone when they come in. I had knee surgery and I was looking for a new and better place to get rehabilitation for my right…read moreknee. Kessler Rehabilitation Center opened up in Warren, NJ not long ago. I knew they had a good reputation, so I decided to give them a try. I'm so happy I did. I called on the phone and I was able to set up several appointments with Katie right away. My first appointment was with Jennifer, and it was more of an evaluation, and just an overall discussion to see what my problems were and what I needed to work on. My second visit and every other visit afterwards was with Howard Lee. I have been to rehabilitation four times over the years and I have never had a physical therapist as good as Howard Lee. Howard took the time to listen to my issues, and address each and everyone of them. Howard has a wonderful disposition, and he really had an amazing way of working with each individual patient one on one and customizing each physical therapy session to the patients needs. Howard used different techniques and utilized equipment in different ways that I've never seen or experienced before. Howard even noticed my crutches weren't adjusted properly for my height, and readjusted them for me. ( The nurse in the hospital adjusted them before I left.) Howard even did cupping on me. I won't lie it was very painful, but afterwords it really helped me to feel better and get the swelling down in my leg faster. Howard used athletic tape across my knee and on my thigh and groin area where I was having so much pain do to weakness after my surgery.. It was like night and day when I worked out. It really helped with the pain and weakness I was experiencing. Howard is very professional, very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. On days that I could not push myself, Howard would change up my routine completely to work around those issues. I never did the same workout twice except for the recumbent bike to warm up. When I went to a previous physical therapy place in town it was like a mass production and over crowding of people. The physical Therapist would meet with you for a few minutes and then hand you a chart and you'd be on your own to figure out all the exercises once shown. Sometimes I wasn't sure if I was doing it right, but the physical therapist was off to another patient because they would work on four people at once. My previous surgeon had me stop going because they made my left knee swell so bad, and pushed me way too hard when I wasn't ready. . Kessler never did this! Howard Lee actually listens and customizes each and every physical therapy workout. Another good thing was that there were never more than two people in the entire place at the same time. It wasn't a mass produced physical therapy operation like some of the other ones I went to. This was one on one the entire time. Kessler was also very thoughtful when I was there, I suffer from severe migraine headaches And they would shut off some of the overhead lights so not to trigger a migraine while I worked out. This could be done because there was only two of us in the entire place along with staff. My knee has come along way, and I even have exercises to do home that Howard printed out for me during this coronavirus epidemic. I highly recommend Kessler Rehabilitation Center for anyone young or old who needs to get Physical Therapy. Howard Lee even works with cancer patients.

I have not been here myself, but I…read morecan attest to the great improvement I have seen in my parents' strength and stamina since they started physical therapy with Eric a few months ago. My parents love coming here! They tell me about their appointments with great enthusiasm every week, and show me the home-exercises they do following the physical therapist's instructions. They feel totally safe with the COVID precautions at this facility. They have had positive interactions with all the staff here. My Mom has said the building is always decorated for the holidays, and she likes having such welcoming surroundings while she does her exercises. My parents are seniors and I am very grateful to Eric and all the staff here for taking such wonderful care of them!
